SE DIO LUGAR A LA APELACIÓN REALIZADA POR “UNIVERSITARIOS UNIDOS”
El consejo superior de la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mercedes hizo lugar a la apelación interpuesta por “universitarios unidos” la lista del rector electo Marcelo Sosa.
El apoderado de la Lista Universitarios Unidos, Gabriel Hidalgo, había presentado una impugnación a la Junta Electoral Universitaria en relación al cómputo y los resultados para las Escuelas de Ciencias de La Salud y la Escuela de Ciencias Sociales y Educación.
El máximo órgano de la universidad acepto los planteos de la apelación y revocó la resolución de la Junta Electoral.
Entre los fundamentos, se mencionaron, la inoficiosa jurisprudencia aplicada por la junta electoral, la incorrecta aplicación de la ponderación del voto según la ordenanza C.S 17/2022, la extralimitación en sus funciones de la Junta, la inexistencia de agravio a la Ley de Educación Superior para los cargos uninominales, el derecho a elegir y ser elegido, el respeto a la genuina voluntad del electorado, entre otros.
Con esta decisión del Consejo Superior, la composición de las Escuelas de la UNVIME será de la siguiente manera:
Departamento Ciencias Aplicadas: Marcelo Núñez
Escuela de Ingeniería y Ciencias Ambientales: Alejandro Rosas
Escuela Gestión Empresaria y Economía: Diego Pájaro
Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud: Paola Muñoz
Escuela Ciencias Sociales y Educación: Roxana Tropich
Las nuevas autoridades asumirán el próximo 30 de Octubre.
