PODER JUDICIAL: ASUMIERON 9 FISCALES ADJUNTOS Y 8 DEFENSORES ADJUNTOS
Nueve fiscales adjuntos y ocho defensores adjuntos de las tres circunscripciones judiciales, asumieron tras prestar juramento ante el Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ), en virtud de las designaciones del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, luego de las ternas propuestas por el Consejo de la Magistratura. El acto se desarrolló este jueves al mediodía en el Salón Blanco del Palacio de Justicia.
Fueron en total 17 asunciones de funcionarios y funcionarias de los Ministerios Públicos que prestaron juramento en su carácter de titulares de los respectivos cargos. El presidente del STJ, Jorge Levingston, encabezó el acto protocolar y estuvo acompañado por integrantes del alto cuerpo como Carolina Monte Riso y Cecilia Chada; y el procurador general de la Provincia, Dr. Luis Martínez.

– Laura Carolina Parisi, y Marcelo Eduardo Palacio Fernández, en los cargos de fiscales adjuntos de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial (con asiento en la ciudad de Villa Mercedes y zonas aledañas).
– Cecilia Corina Framini, en el cargo de fiscal adjunta de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial (con asiento en la localidad de Justo Daract y zonas aledañas).
– Andrea Raquel Court, en el cargo de fiscal adjunta de la Segunda Circunscripción Judicial (con asiento en la localidad de Buena Esperanza o Nueva Galia).
