NO HUBO QUORUM EN DIPUTADOS PARA TRATAR LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA LEY DE PRESUPUESTO
La polémica Ley que fue aprobada en la cámara alta, se incorporó, pocas horas antes del inicio de la sesión de ayer, al sumario de la cámara de diputados.
Este miércoles la Cámara de Diputados no sesionó por falta de quórum porque el oficialismo iba a impulsar el tratamiento sobre tablas de la modificación de la Ley de Presupuestos 2023 para permitir la contratación de beneficiarios del Plan de Inclusión. La media sanción fue aprobada ayer por mayoría.
Los bloques opositores no bajaron al recinto y faltaron seis diputados del bloque oficialista aprovechó por lo que no lograron quórum propio para sesionar. En el recinto había 19 diputados del oficialismo y se necesitaban 23 legisladores para sesionar.
De oficialismo faltaron a la sesión Gloria Petrino, Alberto Leyes, Irusta, Aguero, Farias y Garro.
No menos relevante fue que en el sumario de hoy no figuraba el tratamiento de la modificación del artículo 11 de la Ley de Presupuesto 2023 que finalmente fue incorporado horas antes del inicio de la sesión, lo que generó polemica y descontento en la oposición.
En ese sentido, desde la oposición dejaron trascender que no acudieron a la sesión por considerar ilegal la incorporación de documentación fuera de horario. Sin embargo, desde la oposición no hicieron declaraciones a la prensa.
La presidente de la Cámara de Diputados, Silvia Sosa Araujo, manifestó que se puede incorporar documentación de organismos externos (Senado en este caso) hasta ocho horas antes de la sesión, según el Reglamento Interno.
