NODOCENTES DE UNVIME DENUNCIAN PASES A PLANTA PERMANENTE DE PERSONAL POLÍTICO
La Comisión directiva del Sindicato de Trabajadores Univeritarios (SiTUnViMe) denunció a través de un comunicado titulado “La puerta chica les está quedando grande” que el rector saliente de la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mercedes, David Rivarola intenta nombrar en planta permanente a personal político que lo acompañó en su gestión.
“Lamentablemente nos encontramos en este momento denunciando la mala práctica del rector saliente doctor Rivarola y su gabinete de funcionarios que con un desacertado accionar pretenden seguir produciendo daño en uno de los claustros que tiene una fuerte identidad y un compromiso indiscutido en la universidad como es el no docente” señala el comunicado fechado este viernes.
“Que el doctor Rivarola sea rector no lo habilita a imponer su voluntad, lo que debería hacer es preocuparse por una transición ordenada y prolija y no ejecutar maniobras que le hacen mucho daño a la institución y a la comunidad universitaria” señala ese documento que se hizo público en las últimas horas.
En lo concreto denuncian que “A través de resoluciones realizadas entre gallos y medianoches pretenden pasar a planta permanente a un grupo de compañeros y a un puñado de funcionarios de su gestión sin paritarias como lo establece el convenio colectivo de trabajo, sin ser aprobadas por el consejo superior como lo establece el estatuto de la universidad y sin concursos previos, completamente en la ilegalidad total”.
“A las compañeras y compañeros trabajadores que están siendo usadas para esta siniestra maniobra les reiteramos lo que siempre les dijimos que seguimos peleando por concursos de ingresos transparentes bajo las leyes y convenciones vigentes y que no vamos a avalar ninguna designación realizada de manera ilegal porque consideramos que esto es un delito” dice el documento que cierra en forma contundente: “¡Planta política disfrazada de nodocentes no!”
