UNA MUJER FUE CONDENADA A 6 AÑOS DE PRISIÓN POR INTENTO DE HOMICIDIO
El Colegio de Jueces de la ciudad de San Luis condenó a seis años de prisión a Alexia Yamila Sosa por encontrarla culpable del delito de homicidio simple agravado por el uso de arma de fuego en grado de tentativa, en perjuicio de Franco Barroso Moreno. El veredicto fue emitido este lunes al mediodía y la causa se resolvió bajo el procedimiento de juicio abreviado.
El hecho por el que fue condenada la mujer de 26 años ocurrió en el Barrio La Merced de la capital puntana, el 9 de abril de 2022. Ese día, la víctima recibió, desde un vehículo Suzuki Fun gris, dos disparos en la puerta de su casa, ubicada en Santa Fe 54. Uno de los proyectiles impactó en la zona del abdomen, con perforación del hígado, y lo hirió de gravedad.
Las personas acusadas de disparar fueron Enzo Jesús Ojeda y su pareja, Alexia Sosa. En noviembre del año pasado Ojeda fue condenado, también bajo el procedimiento abreviado, a cinco años de prisión.
En ambos juicios, los imputados reconocieron su responsabilidad del hecho, su participación y aceptaron la calificación legal como así también las penas solicitadas por el Ministerio Público Fiscal.
Este lunes, el tribunal integrado por Julio Fernando De Viana, Adriana Lucero Alfonso y Hugo Saá Petrino, hicieron lugar al acuerdo arribado por el Fiscal N° 2, Ricardo Barbeito y los abogados defensores de la imputada, Enrique Constanzo y Carlos Pereyra Malatini; y el representante del particular damnificado, Enrique Miranda. La mujer continuará alojada en el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial.
