POR FALTA DE CUMPLIMIENTO DEL PISO SALARIAL DE $300 MIL, MUNICIPALES DE MERLO PARALIZAN LOS SERVICIOS “POR TIEMPO INDETERMINADO”
Trabajadores municipales de Villa de Merlo realizaron asambleas este miércoles para evaluar las propuestas del intendente de esa ciudad, Juan Álvarez Pinto, sobre el aumento salarial y decidir medidas de fuerza.
Los empleados, junto a la Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE), reclaman el cumplimiento del Tratado de La Toma, que firmó Álvarez Pinto, para establecer un piso salarial de $300 mil.
Desde el Municipio ofrecieron dos alternativas: fijar un piso de $285 mil solo para los trabajadores de planta permanente o un bono de $120 mil para todos los empleados.
“Si bien Álvarez Pinto, intendente de Merlo, firmó el tratado de La Toma, aún no hace efectivo el pago al personal de la municipalidad. Esto se debe a que el ejecutivo quiere implementar un aumento que no se condice con la letra del tratado. Además de que lo quiere otorgar como si fuera un bono”, señaló ATE en un comunicado.
En las reuniones realizadas en diferentes áreas de la Municipalidad, los trabajadores decidieron mantenerse en estado de “asamblea con quite de colaboración” para obtener respuesta. “Por lo que se verán afectados los servicios por tiempo indeterminado”, informó ATE.
