LA UOCRA MARCHÓ AL PODER JUDICIAL CONTRA LA MEDIDA CAUTELAR QUE FRENÓ LA OBRA PÚBLICA
Trabajadores de la Unión Obrera de la Construcción de la República Argentina (UOCRA), seccional San Luis, se movilizaron este viernes por la mañana hasta el Poder Judicial, para protestar contra el fallo de la jueza Laboral N°2, María Eugenia Bona, que paralizó la obra pública de la provincia.
El lunes de esta semana, la magistrada hizo lugar a una presentación del gobernador electo, Claudio Poggi, y ordenó al Ejecutivo suspender contrataciones, licitaciones y adjudicaciones hasta el 9 de diciembre. La medida cautelar ya fue recurrida por Fiscalía de Estado, pero se mantiene vigente hasta que se resuelva la apelación.
Los trabajadores de la construcción temen por la continuidad de la fuente laboral, ya que la obra pública genera el 80% de los puestos del sector en la provincia.
Algunas de las empresas que tienen obras por realizar suspendieron a sus empleados hasta que se resuelva la continuidad de las ejecuciones.
