MURIÓ EL JOVEN QUE HABÍA SIDO PRENDIDO FUEGO POR SU PAREJA; LA MUJER ESTÁ DETENIDA
Brandon Bustos, el joven de 23 años que estaba en terapia intensiva del Hospital Central “Dr. Ramón Carrillo” con graves quemaduras, murió este miércoles cerca de las 18.00.
La víctima fatal había llegado al Hospital del Oeste por sus propios medios y dijo que su pareja lo había prendido fuego tras rociarlo con combustible. El episodio ocurrió el martes a la noche en una vivienda de la manzana J del barrio 1° de Mayo.
Por la gravedad de las heridas que presentaba, el personal de salud decidió su traslado. Una vez en terapia intensiva, los médicos determinaron que tenía quemaduras en el 55% de su cuerpo y tenía afectadas las vías respiratorias.
Con el paso de las horas, el fiscal de Instrucción, Esteban Roche, dispuso la detención de la acusada, Yris Garay, de 22 años, con quien la víctima tiene un hijo. La captura fue realizada en horas de la siesta por personal de la División Homicidios.
