CONVOCAN LA SESIÓN DE INVESTIDURA DE PEDRO SÁNCHEZ EN ESPAÑA PARA ESTE MIÉRCOLES
La presidenta del Congreso de los Diputados de España, Francina Armengol, ha comparecido este lunes por la mañana para anunciar por fin la fecha de la sesión de investidura a la que se enfrentará el presidente del Gobierno en funciones y líder socialista, Pedro Sánchez.
La cita tendrá lugar este miércoles y jueves. Se abrirá con el discurso de Sánchez desgranando las líneas del nuevo Gobierno que pretende formar y seguirá con la réplica de cada uno de los partidos políticos con representación parlamentaria.
En la segunda jornada se llevará a cabo la votación en la que, si no hay sorpresas, el candidato socialista contará con el respaldo de la mayoría absoluta de la Cámara Baja.
Durante los últimos meses el Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) ha estado inmerso en intensas conversaciones con media docena de partidos políticos hasta que la semana pasada logró cerrar todos los acuerdos que le aseguran 179 escaños de los 350 que componen el Hemiciclo.
Así, votarán a favor de la investidura, además de los socialistas, Sumar, Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC), Junts per Catalunya, EH Bildu, Partido Nacionalista Vasco (PNV), Bloque Nacionalista Galego (BNG) y Coalición Canaria (CC). En contra lo harán el Partido Popular (PP), la ultraderecha de Vox y Unión del Pueblo Navarro (UPN).
La ley de amnistía
La futura ley de amnistía ha estado en el centro del debate político en los últimos meses. Se trata de una de las exigencias de los partidos catalanes independentistas, ERC y Junts, para apoyar la investidura de Sánchez.
Se trata de una proposición de ley, que previsiblemente se presentará en el registro de la Mesa del Congreso a lo largo de la jornada de hoy, que cubriría a todos los involucrados en el proceso secesionista que se desarrolló en Cataluña desde 2013 y que tuvo su culmen con el referéndum de autodeterminación ilegal de octubre de 2017 y las protestas de 2019 por las condenas de hasta 13 años de prisión a líderes independentistas.
