El grupo terrorista Hamás anunció que el rehén Kfir Bibas y su familia argentina murieron en un ataque aéreo israelí. El brazo armado del grupo militante palestino confirmó que el bebé de 10 meses, su hermano de cuatro años y su mamá fallecieron en un bombardeo sobre la Franja de Gaza.
Según indica Reuters, el Ejército israelí estaba comprobando la afirmación de las Brigadas Al Qassam, algo que el miércoles por la noche fue confirmado.
En las últimas horas, el vocero militar israelí Daniel Hagari había anunciado que la familia no estaba secuestrada por Hamás si no por otra facción que integra el ataque en Israel.
Aun así, en todo momento el vocero remarcó que “la responsabilidad de su suerte recae por igual en Hamás”.
Antes de que se diera a conocer la desgarradora noticia, el tío de los hermanos, Eylon Keshet, expresó en CNN: “No hay precedentes de algo así, de un bebé que fue secuestrado cuando tenía nueve meses. Es el bebé Kfir enemigo de Hamás?”.
Según informó La Nación, por ahora Cancillería no tiene la confirmación sobre la muerte de los menores y la mujer.
Kfir Bibas era el rehén más chico del conflicto entre Hamás e Israel que inició el pasado 7 de octubre. Desde hace varios días comenzó un cese al fuego donde el gobierno israelí entregó soldados presos y el grupo terrorista liberó a secuestrados.
