FISCALÍA DE ESTADO DENUNCIÓ AL EXMINISTRO HORCAJO
Fiscalía de Estado de la provincia de San Luis presentó una demanda judicial contra el exministro de Hacienda Pública de la gestión anterior, Eloy Horcajo, por delito de incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario público.
En la medida presentada en los tribunales provinciales, se denuncia al exfuncionario por violación a la Ley de Presupuesto (Ley-VIII-0253-2022) que había sido redactada, propuesta ante la legislatura y promulgada por el mismo gobierno saliente. En la citada norma, se fija la cantidad máxima de cargos habilitados para personal de planta permanente. El exministro autorizó duplicar ilegalmente ese límite establecido por la Ley de Presupuesto.
Por este motivo, se derogaron los decretos números 3.449, 9.217, 10.545 y 11.281 MHP-2023, que eran violatorios de la legislación vigente y se realizó correspondiente denuncia penal.
Los empleados públicos afectados en su buena fe por los decretos ilegales, deben tener la tranquilidad que van a seguir trabajando con absoluta normalidad, percibiendo el mismo sueldo que cobraban, realizando las tareas que tenían asignadas, con sus vacaciones establecidas por antigüedad, su obra social, aportes y todo lo que implica una relación de dependencia entre un trabajador y un empleador.
