SOLO EL 7% DE LOS DETENIDOS “IN FRAGANTI” ESTÁN PRESOS
Es un informe que Nancy Sosa, la ministra de Seguridad, le entregó al gobernador Claudio Poggi y abarca el período entre el 10 de diciembre de 2023 y el 18 de enero de este año. Responsabilizan a Luis Martínez, el Procurador General de la Provincia que ocupa su cargo desde la gestión anterior.
La ministra de Seguridad, Nancy Sosa, entregó junto al jefe de la Policía de la Provincia de San Luis, el comisario general Pablo Vieytes, un informe al gobernador Claudio Poggi en el que consta que entre el 10 de diciembre y el 18 de enero, en el territorio de la primera circunscripción, la Policía detuvo ‘in fraganti’ a 243 personas, de las cuales 225 recuperaron rápidamente su libertad y solamente 18 están con prisión preventiva.
En el dossier que entregaron al Primer mandatario provincial se especifica que la libertad de los mismos se debió a resoluciones del ministerio público fiscal, que se encuentra bajo la órbita del Procurador General de la Provincia, el doctor Luis Martínez.
