El vocero presidencial ratificó que el Gobierno Nacional reglamentará el decreto correspondiente. «Los trabajadores tendrán la libertad de derivar sus aportes a la obra social que elijan desde el inicio de la contratación», afirmó en su habitual rueda de prensa en la Casa Rosada. El vocero presidencial, Manuel Adorni, confirmó este lunes que en las próximas horas el Gobierno nacional reglamentará el decreto que establece la libertad de elección de obras sociales desde el comienzo de una relación laboral.

«Los trabajadores tendrán la libertad de derivar sus aportes a la obra social o prepaga que elijan desde el inicio de la contratación», dijo Adorni en su habitual conferencia en Casa Rosada.

El portavoz presidencial destacó que «durante décadas esto no pudo ser así» y celebró que esta medida le dé «mucha más libertad» a los trabajadores.

Por su parte, al ser consultado por la paritaria nacional docente, que aún no fue convocada por el Gobierno y forma parte de uno de los principales reclamos de gremios de la educación para garantizar el inicio de clases en tiempo y forma, Adorni respondió que «seguramente esta semana haya reuniones entre las partes para tratar de destrabar el conflicto».

Además, el vocero presidencial se refirió a una denuncia presentada por el Ministerio de Capital Humano por «irregularidades en la compra de medicamentos destinados a pacientes oncológicos o con patologías crónicas durante la gestión anterior» de gobierno.

Al respecto, Adorni expresó que se trataba de un «proceso absolutamente impune» al que definió como «la parte más cruel de la casta política» que incluía, detalló, «presupuestos aprobados sin firma» o «compras por correo electrónico sin comparativas con otros proveedores».

Más allá de estos controles que dieron lugar a la denuncia, el funcionario garantizó que «todos los que necesiten medicamentos los van a seguir recibiendo».

Acerca del reclamo de organizaciones sociales por la falta de alimentos en comedores, el portavoz aseguró que «se sigue asistiendo a todos los que se asistía antes» pero «sin intermediarios».

«Se sigue asistiendo a todos los que asistían antes. Se han eliminado los intermediarios y todo convenio que se venció o comedor o cualquiera otra institución que asistía en el día a día a personas vulnerables y que ha cumplido con todo lo que el Ministerio de Capital Humano ha pedido, se lo sigue asistiendo», explicó.

Y en esa línea desmintió de manera tajante: «Que se haya cortado la asistencia a todos los comedores es absolutamente falso».
