FAMILIAS DE LA PUNTA RECIBIERON LAS ESCRITURAS DE SUS CASAS
En un acto en el que también se presentó el plan ‘Escriturá tu Casa’, 16 vecinos recibieron la documentación dominial de sus viviendas, para que la felicidad sea completa. El gobernador Claudio Poggi compartió emociones con los vecinos.
“Estamos convencidos de que tenemos que trabajar juntos en beneficio de los ciudadanos”, manifestó el gobernador Claudio Poggi mientras comenzaba a hablar de uno de los planes que llevan alegría a cada rincón de San Luis: ‘Escriturá tu casa’. Esta vez las caras felices se vieron en 16 familias de La Punta que recibieron la escritura de sus casas, un trámite clave para sentirse verdaderamente dueñas.
La Punta se fue alimentando de planes habitacionales que realizó la Provincia. En palabras de Poggi, de 7.000 viviendas que se construyeron en la ciudad, 6.000 nacieron de la iniciativa estatal. Entonces el Plan ‘Escriturá tu Casa’ es una gran oportunidad. “Es una política pública que va a dar seguridad a la familia”, manifestó el Gobernador.
Fue como recibir la vivienda nuevamente. Así lo sintió Miriam Díaz, una vecina del Módulo 2. “Estoy muy emocionada y me siento orgullosa de mí misma, de haberlo logrado, porque fue un esfuerzo muy grande”, dijo emocionada la madre de 6 hijos, uno de los cuales celebró esta escrituración desde el cielo.
Otro sanluiseño feliz fue Cristian García, del Módulo 5. Hace tres años terminó de pagar su vivienda, producto de un gran esfuerzo junto con su esposa e hijos. “Para mí es concluir con el ciclo de haberla podido pagar en tiempo y forma. Le agradezco al Gobernador por tener esta posibilidad de recibir la escritura”, comentó.
El Programa, que depende del ministerio de Desarrollo Humano, elimina barreras económicas que impedían a muchas familias completar este círculo y sentirse dueños reales de sus hogares. Antes había que pagar un 30% del valor de mercado del hogar, que en ocasiones podían ser 10, 15 ó 20 millones de pesos, explicó Poggi, quién luego detalló que mediante el Programa los vecinos podrán completar el trámite abonando una cifra cercana a los $130.000 para los servicios de escribanía. Actualmente hay más de 6.500 inscriptos en el plan.
