LOS EMPLEADOS DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA DEBERÁN REGISTRAR SUS FAMILIARES A CARGO EN EL PORTAL DE AGENTES
Hay plazo hasta el 1° de abril para concretar el trámite. Desde esa fecha el SeMA sólo recibirá certificados médicos por atención de familiares que hayan sido registrados digitalmente.
El Área Servicio Médico para el Control del Ausentismo (SeMA) informó que todo el personal de la administración pública provincial deberá registrar los familiares a cargo a través del Portal de Agentes.
Desde el organismo precisaron que hasta el 31 de marzo serán recibidos los certificados por familiares registrados con declaración jurada en papel. En tanto desde el 1° de abril solo se aceptarán certificaciones médicas que correspondan a familiares registrados digitalmente en el portal, por lo que el trámite es de carácter obligatorio para todos los agentes.
Acerca de la iniciativa, la dirección de Informática, que llevó adelante el desarrollo del sistema, explicó que con la digitalización de los datos se gana mayor transparencia y agilidad en la gestión de control del ausentismo.
¿Cómo hacer el trámite?
Para realizar la carga de familiares a cargo, el primer paso es ingresar al Portal de Agentes y acceder a la opción “Gestión de Trámites Online”. Luego deberá hacer clic en el botón “Gestión Familiares a cargo”.
Para agregar el familiar se debe hacer clic en el botón “Agregar Familiar” y aparecerá una pantalla para la carga de los datos de la persona. Es importante asegurarse de cumplir con los datos obligatorios (*).
De acuerdo al parentesco seleccionado será el acta que se deberá adjuntar junto con el frente y reverso del documento de identidad.
Se recomienda tener guardadas previamente las imágenes del documento y el acta en el dispositivo para luego adjuntarlas sin inconvenientes.
Por último, para culminar esta operación el agente deberá hacer clic en el botón “Agregar Fliar”. Una vez completados los pasos se muestran todas las personas que ha registrado a su cargo.
