MENEM Y VILLARRUEL AUMENTARON 30% LA DIETA DE LOS DIPUTADOS Y SENADORES
Acoplaron a los legisladores a la paritaria de los trabajadores del Congreso un aumento acumulativo del 16% a partir del 1° de enero de 2024, y del 12% desde el 1° de febrero. El sueldo de un diputado tiene un piso de casi $ 2 millones
Los presidentes de las Cámaras del Congreso de la Nación decidieron aumentar la dieta de los 329 legisladores que conforman la representación del Poder Legislativo Nacional. La medida significa un cambio en el rumbo del ajuste que lleva adelante el Gobierno nacional y queda por arriba de la media de las paritarias para el primer bimestre del año.
Martín Menem, presidente de la Cámara de Diputados, y su par del Senado, Victoria Villarruel, firmaron la paritaria de los trabajadores del Congreso de la Nación en la que se estableció que el incremento salarial acumulativo para el primer bimestre del año fue de 16% a partir del 1° de enero de 2024 y 12% desde el 1° de febrero.
La medida, tomada el pasado 23 de febrero, establecía que era para el personal del Palacio Legislativo pero no hacía referencia a los legisladores que, en general, tienen sus dietas atadas a esa negociación.
La falta de referencia suponía, en un principio, que los diputados y senadores quedaban afuera del incremento salarial. Mucho más teniendo en cuenta el proceso de racionalización y recorte que está llevando adelante la administración de La Libertad Avanza.
Sin embargo, los recibos de sueldo de los miembros de la Cámara Alta y Baja fueron mostrando el aumento y un diputado nacional pasó de cobrar $ 1.567.000 en enero a $ 1.984.000 en febrero.
La resolución que lleva la firma de los presidentes de ambas cámaras señala que “en virtud de la responsabilidad política, los signatarios del presente acuerdo en representación de la parte empleadora se comprometen a otorgarlo en función de la disponibilidad en las partidas presupuestarias, impulsando las diligencias necesarias ante las presidencias de ambas Cámaras”.
Los usos y costumbres marcan que es una única paritaria y que impacta tanto en los trabajadores como en los legisladores. Sin embargo, en el texto de la resolución no hace referencia a otro sector que no sea la Asociación de Personal Legislativo (APL).
Sin embargo, según los recibos de sueldos que publicó el sitio Cenital, el incremento de las dietas alcanza al 29,9%, los mismo que el acumulado otorgado a APL.
A este número además hay que sumarle el plus por desarraigo que cobran buena parte de los diputados y senadores que no son representantes de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, los pasajes tanto de ómnibus de larga distancia como de aviones y los gastos de representación.
Los aumentos se conocen la misma semana que se hizo pública la contratación de un sobrino segundo de Martín Menem en el despacho de la Presidencia de la Cámara de Diputados. Federico Sharif Menem, de 23 años, es la persona de confianza según explicó el propio titular de la Cámara Baja e ingresó con uno de los contratos más altos, cobrando alrededor de dos millones de pesos.
En paralelo discurren las discusiones parlamentarias. Por el lado del Senado de la Nación, mañana se volverá a reunir la bicameral permanente de Trámite Legislativo para debatir el DNU 70/2023 en donde se espera la presencia de funcionarios del Ejecutivo nacional mientras el bloque de Unión por la Patria reclama llevar el decreto al recinto para que sea votado por el pleno ya que se cumplieron los plazos.
Por el lado de la Cámara de Diputados, el bloque de Hacemos Coalición Federal presentó un pedido de sesión especial para tratar una neuva fórmula de ajuste de las jubilaciones. Sin respuesta de parte de las autoridades, esta semana se prevé poca actividad y los bloques se preparan para la discusión respecto de la conformación de las Comisiones en donde el bloque de Unión por la Patria sigue insistiendo con que el oficialismo “le roba” una silla en cada uno de esos espacios.
