SAN LUIS: ENVIARON A LA CÁRCEL A UNA MUJER QUE TENÍA EN SU PODER DROGA VALUADA EN $1.300.000
Este martes, el Juzgado Federal de San Luis ordenó el traslado de una mujer de 25 años al Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, lugar donde quedará alojada en calidad de detenida y comunicada a disposición del Juzgado Federal, en el marco de la causa en la que se le imputa “prima facie” la presunta infracción a la Ley 23.737 de Estupefacientes.
El pasado sábado, tras un allanamiento en el barrio Eva Perón, Anexo III, de la ciudad de San Luis, efectivos de la División Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico habían detenido a la mujer, a quien en esa ocasión se le secuestró un paquete con marihuana compactada y un envoltorio con picadura de marihuana.
La mencionada sustancia estupefaciente incautada arrojó un pesaje de 186 gramos aproximadamente, suficiente para la elaboración de 558 dosis de marihuana, valuadas en $1.300.000 aproximadamente.
