Polic\u00eda Caminera inform\u00f3 que fallecieron Marta Apaza Garnica, Felicidad Uallpa Cipeian y Luisaga P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se pudo identificar a Eliseo Tellez Vela, el conductor, con domicilio en Naschel, y un acompa\u00f1ante, Gregorio Llanos, con domicilio en Buenos Aires.
