Campo, oposición y gobierno en un conflicto que lleva décadas
El kirchnerismo y el campo nunca se llevaron bien, y en esta nueva versión de los seguidores de Cristina, la relación con el sector agrario va barranca abajo. Alberto Fernández, quién supo tener buen diálogo con el sector, ayer tensó la relación llegando a amenazarlos con subir retenciones o imponerles cupos de exportación para frenar la inflación.
Ante tamaño acto de hostilidad, hasta Guillermo Moreno, un funcionario muy criticado por controlar los precios, salió a pegarle a Alberto, y dijo “Esto esta mal y va peor”, en referencia a los dichos del presidente sobre el campo.
Para el ex secretario de comercio de Néstor “No habría ninguna posibilidad de aplicar las políticas que nosotros aplicamos, porque el Presidente hace todo lo contrario de lo que hizo Néstor Kirchner; lo que están haciendo ahora se parece más a los pollos de Mazzorín que lo que hicimos nosotros”, dijo en radio La Red, y encendió la polémica.
Además, consideró que Alberto no tiene un plan y eso se nota en el desorden de la economía, y fue lapidario “agudizó los problemas heredados”, y con el campo la ruptura empieza a no tener vuelta atrás. Ya varios señalaron el error en el que está incurriendo el presidente al culpar a los productores por la inflación de los alimentos, ya que poco influyen en el precio final.
Sobre todo, porque es falso que la inflación se deba a la exportación, sino que tiene otros componentes. La intención de la suba de retenciones tiene más bien tintes de una necesidad por aumentar la recaudación que un problema real. El propio Ricardo Buryaile criticó duramente al presidente por está cuestión en una carta abierta en donde sintetiza el problema real: “Usted responsabiliza a los productores por la inflación, los amenaza con instaurar cupos a las exportaciones o subir las retenciones, pero parece desconocer que los productores no tienen capacidad real de influir en el precio final que pagan los consumidores. Nunca la amenaza puede ser una invitación al diálogo”.
También desde la oposición se hicieron llegar las críticas, sobre todo por la poca predisposición a buscar una salida por el lado del consenso. El propio Mario Negri fue contundente, y señalo que este camino del conflicto ya lo plantearon con la 125 y terminó en un fracaso. El conflicto real de la inflación sigue ahí, por más amenazas que profiera el presidente, por eso tanto propios como ajenos se preguntan adónde quiere llegar el gobierno con esta pelea.
Pareciera más bien tener dos ribetes. Por un lado, una disputa ideológica que tiene el kirchnerismo con el sector, y que viene desde la época de cuando Cristina era presidente, y que pareciera colmar las expectativas de la militancia, que se regocija con el accionar en contra de un sector al que tildan de “gorila” y “oligarca”, desconociendo seriamente como se lleva hoy la producción en el campo, y la tenencia de la tierra en el mismo. Pura ideología de manual.
Y, por otro lado, pareciera existir una cuestión más pragmática. Al gobierno no le cierran las cuentas. Todos los días establecen subsidios nuevos, a la menstruación, al hambre, o a cualquier política que se les ocurre le inyectan fondos que no tienen, entonces hay que recaudar más. Prefieren crear un conflicto, y desde ahí meter el impuesto, para sostener un estado que está cada vez más lejos de la gente, y sobre todo, de los sectores productivos.
El conflicto ya viene cantado hace semanas, Alberto Fernández solo necesitaba una excusa para avanzar sobre un sector que tiene pocas simpatías por el kirchnerismo, así que prefieren enemistarse, total no los votan, antes que poner coto a los delirios de su propia militancia. En el medio, el problema real de la inflación sigue sin resolverse, y quienes lo padecemos somos los argentinos de a pie que todos los días tenemos que ir al supermercado a sufrir. Alberto está navegando por aguas tormentosas, y si no le da un rumbo a la nave, el naufragio, tal como vaticina Moreno, va a ser inevitable.
