ENTRE CHICANAS, GESTOS Y ALGUNAS PROPUESTAS PASÓ EL PRIMER DEBATE PRESIDENCIAL
Intento de polarización entre Massa y Milei. Bullrich logró interpelar a ambos, al igual que Bregman y Schiaretti. El próximo domingo volverán a cruzarse en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Pasadas las 21:00 de ayer, los periodistas Rodolfo Barili (Telefe) y Evangelina Ramallo (Canal 9 Litoral) invitaron a los cinco candidatos a la Presidencia de la Nación a ingresar al salón del Centro de Convenciones FORUM, ubicado en la calle Perú al 510, en la ciudad de Santiago del Estero, para iniciar el primer debate presidencial del 2023 de cara a las elecciones generales del próximo 22 de octubre.
A espaldas de los moderadores, que fueron seleccionados para el primer bloque del debate, y que incluyó los tópicos de economía y educación, se encontraban 400 invitados que llevaron en sus muñecas una cinta de papel de color dorado y el privilegio de presenciar el evento histórico desde adentro.
El primero en ingresar fue el candidato de La Libertad Avanza, Javier Milei, y fue seguido por: Juan Schiaretti (Hacemos por un País), Patricia Bullrich (Juntos por el Cambio), Sergio Massa (Unión por la Patria) y Myriam Bregman (Frente de Izquierda y los Trabajadores Unidad).
Si bien todos fueron recibos con aplausos continuos desde la irrupción de Milei hasta el ingreso final de Bregman, la intensidad de los mismos se intensificó con la aparición en escena de Bullrich, que llegó al lugar con su esposo, Guillermo Yanco, su equipo de campaña, gobernadores electos de JxC y referentes del espacio.
Economía, la temática que eclipsó la totalidad del debate
El tópico económico se llevó lo mejor de la primera parte del debate por la utilización, casi en su totalidad, de los cinco derechos a réplica (es el caso de Massa y Milei) con los que contaban los candidatos para los tres ejes temáticos (el tercero fue «derechos humanos y convivencia democrática»).
Uno de los mejores se dio en el inicio con la interpelación de Bregman a Milei: «No es un león, es un gatito mimoso del poder económico». La arremetida de la aspirante a la Casa Rosada de la Izquierda suscitó risas contenidas en varias filas de los invitados, que estuvieron distribuidos en grupos, pero de forma dispersa en el lugar.
Sin embargo, el uso excesivo en el eje temático más picante del recurso dispuesto por la Cámara Nacional Electoral (CNE) -teniendo en cuenta el presente macroeconómico de la Argentina- se agotó rápido y planchó el debate hasta el momento de las preguntas cruzadas, ya finalizas las exposiciones pautadas.
Educación, pocos cruces, pero más propuestas
El tópico educativo no alteró en lo más mínimo el ambiente como sí pasó en el económico, más allá de algún dardo de Bullrich a Massa citando al ex presidente Domingo F. Sarmiento.
El propio Schiaretti se limitó a delinear una serie de propuestas, algo similar a lo que intentó hacer su compañero de fórmula, Florencio Randazzo, en el debate de vicepresidentes días atrás.
De hecho, Massa apuntó contra Milei casi al finalizar su exposición de dos minutos. El titular del Palacio de Hacienda aseguró que el libertario pretende que los estudiantes lleven un arma de fuego a los establecimientos educativos, a diferencia suya que -en sus palabras- aspira a «que lleven una notebook».
DD.HH y convivencia democrática, el tópico final
El último de los ejes temáticos, derechos humanos y convivencia democrática, que fue elegido por la ciudadanía a través de una votación que se realizó en un página web que puso a disposición la CNE, terminó de agotar las instancias de derechos a réplicas. Estuvo moderado por Esteban Mirol (Canal 9) y Lucila Trujillo (TV Pública y C5N).
Bullrich, por ejemplo, realizó una autocrítica por su pasado en la izquierda peronista y deslizó un guiño a la institución militar, agenda que venía monopolizada por la compañera de fórmula de Milei, Victoria Villarruel.
Uno de los momentos de mayor tensión se sintió durante la exposición de Milei. «No fueron 30.000», lanzó sobre la cifra de los desaparecidos durante la última dictadura, previo a predicar una definición sobre el liberalismo. Tras su afirmación, Massa y Schiaretti lo miraron fijamente, mientras Bullrich bebía agua.
A su turno, Bregman disertó durante sus minutos y finalizó ratificando la cifra y desde la tribuna se escuchó: «¡Presentes!». La Izquierda y los libertarios venían de compartir en vuelo comercial de Aerolíneas Argentinas que los trasladó a la capital santiagueña el sábado pasado.
Las preguntas cruzadas oxigenaron el tramo final
Las preguntas cruzadas revitalizaron el debate sobre el final. Uno de los momentos más interesantes fue cuando Massa le pidió a Milei que se se disculpara con el Papa Francisco. El economista respondió: «Yo había pedido perdón por eso y no tengo problemas en pedir perdón si me equivoco».
«Y dije que si el Papa quería venir, se lo iba a respetar no solo como jefe de Estado sino como líder de la Iglesia católica», continuó Milei. En esa línea, el libertario le retrucó a Massa: «Dejá de chicanear. Dedicate a bajar la inflación y terminá tu gobierno de manera decorosa».
Massa también chicaneó a Bullrich y le agradeció por haberle dado la «satisfacción más grande de devolver a los jubilados el 13 por ciento que ella les descontó».
Por su parte, la ex ministra de Seguridad cargó contra Milei su propuesta de eliminar el Banco Central y lo acusó de querer transformar a la Argentina en un «paraíso fiscal» y agregó con respecto al sistema de vouchers, también bandera de campaña de Milei: «Andá con los vouchers a la puna, donde hay una sola escuela».
Los minutos finales de cada candidato fueron utilizados por cada uno para pedir el voto. Los saludos finales vislumbraron el la tensión con la que se terminó. En los pasillos del FORUM, invitados se preguntaron -y se preguntan- si Milei y Massa se dieron la mano, o no.
Próxima parada: Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires
El próximo domingo, los cinco candidatos presidenciales que hoy protagonizaron el primer debate en Santiago del Estero volverán a verse las caras, pero en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Los espera la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA.
Seguridad; trabajo y producción; desarrollo humano, vivienda y protección del ambiente; serán los ejes en los que se prepararán durante esta semana los presidenciables.
Estará moderado por Marcelo Bonelli (El Trece), Mariana Verón (El Nueve), Sergio Roulier (Asociación de Teleradiodifusoras Argentinas) y Soledad Larghi (América).
