EL GOBIERNO AMPLIÓ EL DÓLAR DIFERENCIAL PARA EL AGRO AL RESTO DE LAS EXPORTACIONES
Luego del anuncio que el ministro de Economía Sergio Massa hizo a la prensa, el DNU que lleva la firma del Presidente y el gabinete completo ya se publicó en el Boletín Oficial.
El Gobierno puso en marcha y hasta el 17 de noviembre la ampliación del Programa de Fomento Exportador, más conocido como dólar soja al resto de las actividades exportadoras.
Lo hizo a través de un decreto de necesidad y urgencia (DNU) que salió esta noche publicado en el Boletín Oficial, luego de que el ministro de economía y candidato presidencial Sergio Massa lo anunciara ayer ante la prensa extranjera.
Se trata de un tipo de cambio diferencial, similar al establecido para la oleaginosa, que rigió hasta el pasado viernes 20 del presente mes.
Así, todo complejo el exportador argentino: bienes intermedios, bienes terminados, productos primarios y servicios, van a tener por los próximos 30 días un régimen de liquidación de 70% ingresados por lo que se denomina el Mercado Único y Libre de Cambios (MULC) y 30% ingresando por lo que se denomina sistema de dólares financieros o contado con liquidación.
En una conferencia en el quinto piso del Palacio de Hacienda, Massa adelantó que, con el objetivo de fortalecer las reservas, ampliaba el PIE a todas las actividades.
«Todo el complejo exportador argentino: bienes intermedios, bienes terminados, productos primarios y servicios», ratificó horas antes.
Poco después, detalló que la medida se extenderá durante los próximos 30 días a partir de este martes.
