EL BOLETÍN OFICIAL SERÁ DIGITAL DESDE EL 1° DE ENERO
El gobernador Claudio Poggi rubricó este jueves el decreto que establece el cambio del formato papel al digital. La nueva versión facilitará el acceso inmediato y generalizado de la información oficial, promoviendo la transparencia y fortaleciendo las instituciones, así como la seguridad jurídica. También le ahorrará al Estado provincial $500 millones anuales.
El Boletín Oficial cambia su formato. Dejará de ser impreso en papel para pasar a ser digital desde el primer día del año que viene. Con su implementación se alcanzará la publicación en forma ágil del acto administrativo, evitando la mora que se advierte en la actualidad, optimizando el acceso a la información por parte de la ciudadanía. El nuevo sistema digital se instrumentará desde el 1° de enero de 2024.
Por otra parte, la versión digital pone fin a la utilización del papel, contribuyendo al cuidado ambiental y generando un ahorro de $500 millones al año. La autoridad de aplicación de este proyecto de modernización del Estado estará a cargo de la Secretaría de Estado Legal y Técnica.
