Por medio de la ANSES el gobierno presiona a 200 jueces para que se jubilen

Hay cosas que sorprenden por la forma desembozada en que las hace la coalición gobernante. Ahora van por la jubilación de 200 jueces y fiscales de todo el país, entre ellos, muchos de Comodoro Py, incluso algunos con causas contra la actual vicepresidente.

Si hay algo que reconocerles es que son insistidores, si no pueden entrar por un lugar, buscan otro. Pero en el camino se están llevando puesta la institucionalidad en el país, todo para evitar que Cristina sea hallada culpable.

La Justicia viene siendo sistemáticamente atacada desde el Instituto Patria, desde amenazas de reformas, con el foco puesto en el “lawfare” hasta aprietes directos a la corte por la autonomía. Y esto no lo hacen solo a través de voceros, sino el propio presidente ha cuestionado públicamente el carácter de autonomía que tenía la justicia.

Los frentes de batalla que está abriendo el kirchnerismo y el propio Alberto son cada vez más difíciles de sostener. En estos últimos dos meses ya vimos una avanzada contra los productores rurales, los supermercadistas, el periodismo, y la siempre presente justicia, a la que tienen en la mira desde el inicio del cuarto mandato k.

A medida que crecen también las críticas internas, el descontento en la tropa propia y se van desgranando las posibilidades de una victoria electoral, se elige el camino del miedo, enviando a funcionarios, como Ginés, a decir públicamente que las elecciones no se pueden garantizar por la pandemia.

Esto último reviste particular importancia, porque al enfrentamiento con los distintos sectores económicos, institucionales y políticos que lleva adelante el gobierno, se va tiñendo poco a poco de un autoritarismo desembozado, rozando casi lo dictatorial. De Insfrán a Alberto hay un solo paso.

Los jueces y fiscales, por ahora van a resistir a partir de la judicialización de la medida unilateral del gobierno, que ya arranco el año pasado con la modificación de la normativa de jubilación para la justicia, y hoy avanza con está probable intimación a jueces federales y nacional. Los sectores productivos están discutiendo el impuesto confiscatorio a la riqueza, y los productores rurales están en estado de alerta. Los próximos meses van a ser definitorios para la democracia en Argentina.
