Carne out: el paro del campo sigue hasta el miércoles

Así lo decidió esta mañana la Mesa de Enlace de Entidades Agropecuarias, en rechazo a la suspensión de las exportaciones de carne.

Esta mañana la Mesa de Enlace de Entidades Agropecuarias decidió que la comercialización de carne continúe suspendida hasta el miércoles que viene, en rechazo a la decisión oficial de suspender las exportaciones de carne.

Originalmente, el ente había pensado en un paro de 9 días que terminaría hoy viernes por la noche. Sin embargo, los dirigentes del campo decidieron extenderla: incluso evaluaron sumar los granos a la protesta. Así, el paro del campo continuará hasta el miércoles 2 de junio a las 24:00.

La Mesa de Enlace está compuesta por las siguientes organizaciones: la Confederación Intercooperativa Agropecuaria, las Confederaciones Rurales Argentinas, la Federación Agraria Argentina y la Sociedad Rural Argentina. Todos ellos se reunieron esta mañana y decidieron la medida, que aún no fue comunicada oficialmente.

Según indican, la medida tuvo un fuerte acatamiento: no han ingresado animales al Mercado de Liniers en estos días y los remates de hacienda están suspendidos.

El gobierno intentó destrabar el conflicto, aunque las reuniones aún no llegaron a buen puerto. En consecuencia, desde el lunes podrían empezar a registrarse faltantes de carne, según afirmó la Cámara Argentina de Matarifes y Abastecedores.

El problema surgió debido al aumento de la demanda exterior de carne: a mayor cantidad de kilos vendidos al exterior, se disminuyó la disponibilidad para el interior del país, generando un aumento en los precios. Para evitar esa situación, el gobierno congeló las exportaciones de carne. Sin embargo, la medida no fue bien recibida en tanto las exportaciones de carne son una de las grandes fuentes de divisas para nuestro país.
