Prisión preventiva para el femicida Juan Carlos Solalinde
El asesino de Johana Galdeano fue enviado a prisión por la Jueza Mirta Ucelay, luego de que se desbaratara su versión sobre la tarde en que asesinó a su expareja de 5 balazos.
El relato se cayó a pedazos: las pericias confirmaron las presunciones de la familia Galdeano, que acusó a Juan Carlos Solalinde de plantar una escena falsa para justificar la muerte de esta mujer de 28 años.
Luego de matar a Johana, el femicida se presentó en un juzgado alegando que había sido hostigado por la víctima. Según el sindicalista, Johana se presentó en su domicilio amenazándolo con un cuchillo. En consecuencia, el disparó una vez para asustar a la mujer, que fue hallada desangrada en un galpón de Villa Mercedes.
Los resultados de las pericias confirmaron que aquella tarde Solalinde mató a la víctima de 5 disparos a corta distancia, con su arma Magnum .357. El último disparo fue post mortem y a quemarropa: impactó en la cara de Johana y salió por su torax. Luego de matarla, movió el cuerpo junto a un policía amigo y armó una escena falsa.
Este viernes, la jueza Mirta Ucelay lo procesó con prisión preventiva por el delito de «Homicidio doblemente calificado por haber mantenido una relación de pareja y femicidio». Solalinde fue notificado el mismo día de ayer mientras esperaba en la Comisaría 29 de Villa Mercedes. Tras conocer su destino, fue llevado de inmediato al Penal de la capital provincial.
Violencia in crescendo
La pareja se había disuelto el 24 de abril pasado, cuando Johana decidió terminar la relación con el gremialista. En opinión de la misma Galdeano y sus allegados, la violencia con la que se manejaba Solalinde creció tras la separación.
Desde el entorno de la víctima confesaron que la mujer asesinada recibía tratos violentos de forma constante. Por miedo, nunca denunció, pero lo expuso mediante una pintada en un galpón de su propiedad.
