La provincia espera un nuevo envío de vacunas

Se trata de 8.800 dosis de Sinopharm, que llegaron al país ayer por la tarde. La distribución ya comenzó y se espera el cargamento para mañana miércoles.

El día de ayer hubo actividad en Ezeiza, con dos vuelos cargados de vacunas que ingresaron casi 2 millones de dosis. A las 1.139.000 dosis de AstraZeneca, se sumó un envío de 768.000 vacunas Sinopharm, provenientes de China.

Desde el Ministerio de Salud anunciaron el comienzo de la distribución de esas vacunas a todo el país. Según el Plan Estratégico de Vacunación, a la provincia le corresponden 8.800 unidades de Sinopharm.

«Ya están en distribución las dosis que llegaron ayer de las vacunas Sinopharm, cuya entrega a cada provincia se concretará entre mañana y pasado, en tanto que las de AstraZeneca están en preparación», anticipo la ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti.

El último envió arribó al país cerca de las 19:00, en un vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas directo desde Beijing. Sin embargo, avisaron que seguirán llegando cargamentos de esta vacuna en lo que resta de la semana: así completarán un envío de 2 millones de dosis.
