La iniciativa busca retratar imágenes sobre la capital provincial. Hay diferentes categorías e importantes premios.

El Concejo Deliberante de la Ciudad de San Luis anunció este lunes una nueva convocatoria para los vecinos de la capital. Se trata de el 1° Certamen de Fotografía, organizado en conjunto con la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, a través de su Tecnicatura Universitaria en Fotografía.

La temática del certamen es “La ciudad de San Luis, sus habitantes, su arquitectura, su patrimonio”. Los premios alcanzan los $160.000 y serán distribuidos en dos categorías. Todas las bases y condiciones podés encontrarlas en https://hcdsanluis.gob.ar/concurso-fotografia-san-luis/. Acá te dejamos un pequeño resumen para que conozcas de que se trata.

¿Cómo participar?

La iniciativa se dirige a fotógrafos profesionales y aficionados que sean oriundos de la provincia o que acrediten al menos 1 año de residencia en San Luis. Para inscribirte al certamen hay que ser mayor de 18 años. La inscripción es gratuita y se realiza de forma virtual completando el siguiente formulario de inscripción: https://forms.gle/svHZGZjo7uM24CUd6. El plazo para anotarse es hasta el 1 de octubre.

Tras finalizar la inscripción el jurado seleccionará las obras finalistas: tras comunicar a los seleccionados que su obra pasó a la siguiente instancia, los artistas deberán presentar sus obras impresas de manera presencial. Las obras finalistas serán expuestas, por lo que se solicita a los participantes que las entreguen en papel fotográfico y condiciones óptimas de exposición.

Categorías

“Categoría Mayor”: Integrarán esta categoría fotógrafos, profesionales y/o aficionados, desde los dieciocho (18) años, siempre que hayan cumplido tal edad el mismo día, o antes, del último día de inscripción del Primer Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis”.

“Dispositivos Móviles”: Integrarán esta categoría fotógrafos, profesionales y/o aficionados, desde los 18 años, siempre que hayan cumplido tal edad el mismo día, o antes, del último día de inscripción del Primer Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis”. La categoría dispositivos móviles contempla capturas tomadas con celulares, smartphones, tabletas -Tablet- y/o similares.

Premios

Las obras ganadoras recibirán premios económicos: el total alcanza los $160.000, aunque se distribuyen en categorías. Cada categoría podrá otorgar hasta tres menciones especiales, aunque no tendrán recompensa económica.

  1. Categoría Mayor: 
    1. Premio Adquisición “José La Vía” a la primera mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 60.000,00.- (Pesos sesenta mil con 00/100).
    2. Premio Adquisición “José La Vía” a la segunda mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 40.000,00.- (Pesos cuarenta mil con 00/100).
    3. Premio Adquisición “José La Vía” a la tercera mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 25.000,00.- (Pesos veinticinco mil con 00/100).
  1. Categoría Dispositivos Móviles:
    1. Premio Estímulo a la primera mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 15.000,00.- (Pesos quince mil, con 00/100).-
    2. Premio Estímulo a la segunda mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 10.000,00.- (Pesos diez mil,  con 00/100).-
    3. Premio Estímulo a la tercera mejor fotografía del Certamen de Fotografía “Ciudad de San Luis” por un monto total de $ 10.000,00.- (Pesos diez mil, con 00/100).-

Descalificación

Los participantes deben responsabilizarse totalmente de ser los únicos autores de las fotografías, de que no existan derechos a terceros, así como de todo reclamo por derechos de imagen sobre las obras presentadas al concurso. Se procederá a descalificar a los fotógrafos, en caso de cometer las siguientes infracciones:

  1.  Para la Categoría Mayor serán descalificadas las obras:
    1. Que sean copia total o parcial de otra obra.
    2. Que no sean inéditas o que hayan participado en otro concurso, difundida en webs o cualquier otro medio digital o impreso.
    3. Que sea un fotomontaje, alterada electrónicamente o por cualquier otro medio. Se permitirán mínimas correcciones de color y luminosidad, en caso de dudas, el jurado arbitrará los medios para verificar la fidelidad a la captura original.
    4. Obras que no respeten el tema de la convocatoria, o cuyo contenido sea considerado racista, discriminatorio u ofensivo, o que puedan interpretarse como publicidad de marca, producto o propaganda política.

Para la Categoría Dispositivos Móviles serán descalificadas las obras:

  1. Que sean copia total o parcial de otra obra.
  2. Que hayan participado en otro concurso. No será causal de descalificación aquellas difundidas en web o redes sociales.
  3. Que sea un fotomontaje, alterada electrónicamente o por cualquier otro medio. Se permitirán mínimas correcciones de color y luminosidad.
  4. Obras que no respeten el tema de la convocatoria, o cuyo contenido sea considerado racista, discriminatorio u ofensivo, o que puedan interpretarse como publicidad de marca, producto o propaganda política.
