Un cineasta francés fue hallado muerto en Córdoba: estaba acusado de abuso sexual

Se trata de Iván Noel, el director argentino-francés de 52 años. Se había radicado en Alta Gracia, aunque lo habían condenado en Francia.

Ayer lunes hallaron muerto a Iván Noel, un cineasta argentino-francés, en su motorhome de Alta Gracia. Noel tenía 52 años y pesaban en su contra cargos de pedofilia.

Según la Fiscalía de Alta Gracia, el director fue hallado en su domicilio del barrio Tiro Federal de Alta Gracia. Se desconoce como se produjo su deceso, por lo que las autoridades solicitaron una autopsia del cadáver. Por el momento el hecho fue caratulado como «muerte de etiología dudosa».

Previo a su deceso, Noel publicó una carta de despedida en su canal de YouTube Noel Films: el video fue llamado “El adiós sin tristezas de Iván Noel”. En el mismo, el cineasta expresó: “Pongo fin a mi capítulo sin depresión ni tristeza, ni con ningún tipo de arrepentimiento ni amargura, sino como Max -aludiendo a un amigo que hace años tomó la determinación de quitarse la vida tomando una pastilla letal- de forma lógica y clara. Yo nunca fui capaz de hacerle daño a la gente, mucho menos a los más vulnerables”.

Historial de abusos

Las acusaciones por abusos hacia Iván Noel caían de los dos lados del charco: en Francia se le condenó por pedofilia, tras abusar de una chica de 15 años. En plena investigación el director se radicó en Argentina y logró evitar la extradición. El juicio se realizó en ausencia, y aunque fue condenado la sentencia no estaba firme.

Además, Noel recibió denuncias por abusos en Argentina: se habrían producido mientras grababa la película «Cordero de Dios», rodada entre fines de 2018 y comienzos de 2019. En esa ocasión, tres adolescentes de Jesús María radicaron denuncias contra el francés.

Tras las denuncias en Argentina, el caso era analizado por la fiscal de Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual de la ciudad de Córdoba, Alicia Chirino. Como se trató de una «sospecha leve», no se dictó la detención de Noel. En los días previos al deceso de Noel la fiscalía allanó su domicilio en Alta Gracia para secuestrar teléfonos y computadoras personales.
