El Ministerio de Salud busca voluntarios para estudiar la combinación de vacunas
Las inscripciones para los interesados duran hasta el 6 de agosto. Estudian 12 combinaciones posibles entre las 4 vacunas disponibles en el país.
Desde que salieron al mercado las distintas vacunas contra el Coronavirus, la combinación de vacunas fue una de las inquietudes emergentes ante la eventual falta de dosis y la urgencia por completar los esquemas de vacunación. En los últimos meses se produjeron faltantes de las diferentes vacunas, que prolongaron los plazos para que muchos pacientes reciban las 2 dosis reglamentarias.
Por este motivo el Ministerio de Salud comenzó a estudiar la combinación de vacunas en pacientes. Las inscripciones ya abrieron para los interesados, que pueden anotarse en el siguiente link: https://inscripcion.ecehevac.com.ar/. La provincia ya anunció los requisitos para someterse al estudio, que seleccionará 440 voluntarios:
- Tener mínimo 18 años y haber recibido la primera dosis de vacuna Sputnik V, AstraZeneca o Sinopharm, entre los 10 y 60 días previos a inscripción.
- Poseer o no factores de riesgo identificados para COVID-19.
- Firmar el consentimiento informado adjunto al formulario de inscripción, al momento de recibir la 2da dosis.
Asimismo, informaron que no serán tenidos cuenta aquellas personas que presenten inmunocompromiso, mujeres embarazadas o en periodo de lactancia, personas que hayan padecido COVID-19 y aquellos que hayan tenido reacciones alérgicas graves a las vacunas.
Quienes pasen la selección deberán someterse a análisis de sangre, para comprobar que la combinación fue segura y eficaz. Cada uno recibirá la segunda dosis que le sea asignada. Las muestras de sangre serán tomadas el día de la segunda aplicación, y luego otras dos en los 15 y 28 días posteriores.
Serán tenidos en cuenta los residentes de la provincia, que cuenten con movilidad para acercarse al Laboratorio de Salud Pública de la capital.
¿Qué combinaciones estudiarán?
Las autoridades sanitarias estudiarán 12 combinaciones posibles:
- Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca.
- Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Sinopharm.
- Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Sputnik-V primer componente.
- Dosis 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dosis 2 Moderna.
- Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield.
- Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Sinopharm.
- Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis 2 Sputnik-V primer componente.
- Dosis 1 Sinopharm, Dosis Moderna.
- Dosis 1 Sputnik V primer componente, Dosis 2 Sputnik V segundo componente.
- Dosis 1 Sputnik V primer componente, Dosis 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield.
