Detenidos: acusan a una pareja de matar a su bebé recién nacida

Se trata de una mujer de 25 años y un hombre de 22. Fueron detenidos tras encontrar el cuerpo de la pequeña en una planta de residuos en San Nicolás -B.A-.

Cruento hallazgo en la localidad bonaerense de San Nicolás: una pequeña recién nacida fue encontrada sin vida en la planta de residuos de la empresa Entre S.A. El cuerpo de la bebé fue descubierto el viernes: inmediatamente detuvieron a su madre de 25 años, y a su padre de 22.

La mujer se presentó ante la justicia luego del hallazgo: presumen que la mataron a golpes en la cabeza. Para los peritos judiciales la niña habría nacido entre 48 y 72 horas antes de ser encontrada en la planta de residuos. Presentaba un golpe con una herida cortante en su cabeza, que le habría causado la muerte.

María Belén Baños, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción -UFI- número 12, fue la fiscal designada para el caso. Desde el fin de semana la madre se encuentra detenida y a disposición de la justicia. Por su parte, el padre fue detenido ayer martes en Villa Esperanza.

Pericias y allanamientos

La fiscal Baños ordenó allanar el domicilio de la pareja, luego de tomar declaración a la mujer de 25 años. Informaron que el procedimiento fue positivo: secuestraron diversos elementos, como ropas manchadas con sangre que serán sometidas a pericias.

A la vista de los hechos la pareja quedó acusada por el delito «Homicidio agravado por el vínculo» y espera los resultados de la investigación.
