Declaró el estanciero que abatió a dos ladrones: dijo que disparó después de ser atacado

Jorge Luis Biasoli, el dueño de la Estancia Don Luis, mató a balazos a dos hombres que habían ingresado en su propiedad para robarle. Declaró ante el juez Penal Alfredo Cuello y brindó pormenores del hecho.

La noche del 10 de septiembre Jorge Luis Biasoli, dueño de la estancia «Don Luis», salió de su casa a las 20:30 para cerrar las tranqueras de su propiedad, ubicadas a unos 3000 metros del casco. Al hacer unos 1800 metros advirtió la presencia de un Renault Megane con 3 personas adentro. El estanciero se les acercó a conversar con el acompañante, identificado como Nelson Lucero de 54 años.

Los delincuentes le preguntaron si se podía pescar en el lugar, y Biasoli les explicó que el lugar estaba cerrado para la pesca. Sin embargo, tras una serie de movimientos sospechosos los hombres a bordo del Megane atacaron a Biasoli: Lucero efectuó dos disparos que lastimaron el muslo y la pantorrilla derecha del estanciero. Tras el ataque, Biasoli abrió fuego con una pistola Bersa 9mm. y repelió los ataques, dejando sin vida a dos de los ladrones.

Tras herir de muerte a Lucero, el estanciero advirtió que otros de los ladrones, Gonzalo Britos Vracamonte de 28 años, bajó del auto para atacarlo con un hierro. Biasoli abatió al segundo delincuente y se escondió detrás de la puerta de su camioneta, expectante ante el accionar del tercer involucrado. El último ladrón salió en marcha atrás con el vehículo, y el damnificado lo amendrentó usando una carabina que tenía en su camioneta.

El último ladrón, identificado como Cristian Zalazar, pidió a Biasoli que no lo mate. Se dio a la fuga, aunque un pico de glucemia y presión lo descompensó 300 metros más adelante, donde fue detenido por las autoridades. Por su parte, Biasoli regresó al domicilio con su esposa, y llamó a la Policía mientras vendaba sus heridas. Ante el peligro de una represalia, el hombre pidió a la mujer que se refugie en casa de un vecino mientras esperaba la patrulla, que llegó una hora después.

Declaraciones

Biasoli dijo que no recuerda cuantos disparos efectuó, aunque si aclaró que se produjeron luego de ser atacado. Zalazar pasó un día internado, y luego tuvo una audiencia con el juez Penal Alfredo Cuello, que lo imputó por “Robo triplemente calificado por causar lesiones graves y cometerse con un arma de fuego, en despoblado y en banda en grado de tentativa”.

El delincuente dijo que solo conocía a Lucero desde hacía un mes, aunque no mantenían vínculo. También declaró el oficial Sebastián Tula, encargado de la División Homicidios: brindó detalles de la escena y confirmó que los únicos disparos que fueron contra el estanciero son los que lo hirieron en su pierna.
