La medida vino de parte del juez Alfredo Cuello, que lo acusó de «Robo doblemente calificado en grado de tentativa». Los otros ladrones fueron abatidos por el dueño de la estancia.

Christian Javier Zalazar, el único ladrón que sobrevivió al frustrado robo a la Estancia Don Luis, fue procesado con prisión preventiva ayer lunes. El juez de Instrucción 1, Alfredo Cuello, acusó al hombre de 48 años del delito «Robo doblemente calificado por cometerse con arma de fuego, en despoblado y en banda, en grado de tentativa». Fue trasladado al Servicio Penitenciario Provincial.

La noche del 10 de septiembre Zalazar ingresó a la vivienda de Jorge Biasoli para robar junto a dos hombres más: se trata de Nelson Lucero -54- y Gonzalo Britos Vracamonte -28-. Zalazar manejaba el Renault Megane en el que circulaba la banda cuando se cruzó al estanciero, y fue el único que no abatió Biasoli.

Lucero, uno de los ladrones fallecidos, fue reconocido por su hija. Pudieron conocer que se domiciliaba en zona rural. El otro ladrón que mató Biasoli fue Britos Vracamonte: fue reconocido por su madre, y era vecino del barrio Jardín del Sur, donde vivía con su pareja y sus dos hijas.

En cuanto a Biasoli, el juez Alfredo Cuello no lo imputó por ningún delito hasta el momento. El fiscal del caso, Maximiliano Bazla, consideró que el hombre actuó en defensa propia y por eso no le endilgó ninguna acusación al estanciero.
