Condenaron a 8 años de prisión a un hombre que abusó sexualmente de sus dos hijastras
La Cámara Penal N°2 lo procesó por el delito “abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante agravado por la relación de convivencia”. Los abusos hacia las víctimas comenzaron cuando eran infantes: la denuncia fue realizada por una de las tías de las jóvenes.
Ayer por la tarde un vecino de la capital provincial fue condenado a 8 años de prisión, tras perpetrar abusos sexuales contra sus dos hijastras desde que eran infantes. El imputado, de 44 años y oriundo de San Juan, llegó acusado de cometer dos abusos y con un pedido de 12 años de prisión, realizado por la fiscal subrogante Virginia Palacios. Sin embargo, el tribunal prescribió uno de los delitos y le dictó una pena menor.
El abusador era pareja de la madre de las víctimas, con quienes convivía en una casa de la ciudad. La denuncia corrió por parte de una tía de las niñas en 2014. En oposición al pedido de 12 años de prisión que realizó la fiscal Palacios, la defensa solicitó la prescripción de uno de los abusos y la absolución por otro. Además, pidió que su cliente fuera condenado por «abuso simple» y con una pena en suspenso, en razón del tiempo transcurrido.
Sin embargo, el tribunal conformado por Hugo Saa Petrino, Fernando Julio de Viana y Adriana Lucero Alfonso negó el pedido y lo condenó a 8 años de prisión.
