La 112° Asamblea del Consejo Federal de Educación -CFE- fue celebrada ayer y alcanzó acuerdo para definir el ciclo lectivo 2022: habrá un mínimo de 190 días de clase. El esquema de clases fue aceptado por todas las jurisdicciones y se anunció el 2 de marzo como la fecha para volver a las aulas. Las únicas excepciones son Corrientes y CABA, que inician en febrero.

El ministro de Educación, Jaime Perczyk, afirmó que al mínimo de cursado pueden sumarle días extra en los meses de enero, febrero, en los contraturnos y en los recesos veraniego e invernales. El objetivo de la cartera educativa es garantizar tiempos de escolaridad adecuados, que colaboren en un aprendizaje de calidad. Perczyk también confirmó una nueva distribución en las vacaciones de invierno: ahora estarán distribuidas en 4 semanas, para colaborar con el turismo.

«Venimos de un año y medio difícil, tenemos que lograr que los chicos vuelvan a las escuelas que es el mejor lugar para que estén», manifestó el ministro. En este sentido, hizo mención al fondo «Volvé a la Escuela», destinado a poner en condiciones los establecimientos educativos. Unos 15.000 colegios recibieron este financiamiento para arreglos y compra de equipamiento. Las escuelas técnicas recibieron un extra de $1.000.000 para adquirir insumos.

¿Desvinculación o deserción?

La cartera educativa sostuvo que no tiene cifras oficiales de la cantidad de jóvenes que abandonaron sus estudios. En la Asamblea se resolvió no hablar en términos de deserción: las 25 jurisdicciones acordaron llamarlo «desvinculación», ya que consideran que no se trata de deserción en términos estrictos.

«Esta desvinculación a veces es total, a veces intermitente, algunas de ellas son por cuestiones materiales y en otros casos por cuestiones de vinculación personal. Eso dio un número que hoy cambió por la presencialidad plena y la política que estamos impulsando de ir a buscarlos uno por uno, de llamarlos, de abrir las escuelas los sábados o a contraturno», señaló Perczyc.
