Tras la fijación de precios en alimentos, el gobierno y los farmacéuticos acercaron posiciones para el acuerdo. De lograrse, los medicamentos mantendrán sus precios hasta el 7 de enero.

El gobierno nacional comunicó el acercamiento de posiciones con los empresarios farmacéuticos para extender el congelamientos de precios a los medicamentos. Roberto Feletti, secretario de Comercio Interior, contó en Twitter que las partes alcanzaron un principio de acuerdo: de lograrse, los medicamentos se mantendrán al mismo precio hasta el 7 de enero de 2022.

En lo que va del 2021 los remedios aumentaron un 68% en promedio: supera en 31 puntos la inflación del mismo periodo, calculada en un 37% . Sin embargo, las cámaras del sector de los fármacos emitieron un comunicado hace días donde consideraban «innecesaria» la medida. El encuentro de los representantes con Feletti y la ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, permitió alcanzar algunos consensos para cuidar los ingresos de los argentinos.

Desde la Cámara Empresaria de Empresarios Farmacéuticos opinaron que el aumento en los precios no golpea a los sectores vulnerables: se ampararon en la reactivación del programa Remediar y los descuentos del 100% que PAMI dispuso para sus afiliados en la compra de fármacos.

Los farmacéuticos opinaron que la situación recae con mayor fuerza sobre la clase media y los sectores fuera del mercado formal de trabajo.
