Una mujer embarazada mató de un tiro a un ladrón que se había escapado de la cárcel
El hombre se había fugado en julio de la Unidad Carcelaria de Batán. Quiso ingresar a la vivienda de la mujer de 25 años, aunque ella estaba armada y se produjo un enfrentamiento.
Un hombre de 43 años, identificado como Julio Ricardo Villarreal, murió de un balazo luego de querer ingresar a la vivienda de una mujer embarazada en Mar del Plata. Villarreal se había fugado del penal de Batán en julio: aprovechó una salida transitoria y nunca volvió a la cárcel. Sin embargo, la embarazada de siete meses contaba con un arma y antecedentes penales, y lo abatió en un tiroteo en el patio de su casa.
La mujer colgaba la ropa en el patio del domicilio ubicado en Ortiz de Zárate al 8000, cuando minutos antes de las 6 vio ingresar al ladrón en su vivienda. Inmediatamente comenzaron los disparos que terminaron con la vida de Villarreal: la mujer terminó con una herida de bala en una de sus manos.
La mujer herida fue trasladada al Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos de Mar del Plata, donde le realizaron las curaciones y la dejaron en observación mientras investigan las circunstancias del hecho. La policía encontró dos revolver, calibres 22 y 38 respectivamente, y serán peritados junto con el cuerpo de Villarreal.
En su momento, al hombre de 43 años lo condenaron por robo agravado. Tenía salidas transitorias y fue así como se fugó de la cárcel. La embarazada también tenía antecedentes por robo reiterado y resistencia a la autoridad, y ahora quedó acusada de «Homicidio agravado por el uso de arma».
