EL MINISTERIO DE EDUCACIÓN ACTUÓ EN EL CASO DEL ALUMNO APUÑALADO
Frente al hecho ocurrido el pasado miércoles en la Escuela Secundaria N°6 “Santa María Eufrasia”, desde el Ejecutivo afirmaron que se tomó intervención en el caso explicaron cuál es el procedimiento que se realiza en estas situaciones y que incluye la contención a menores, sus familias y a la comunidad educativa.
Desde el Programa Comunidad Educativa, a través de los subprogramas Convivencia Escolar y Atención del Recurso Humano Educativo, se realiza una articulación interministerial para lograr un abordaje integral en situaciones conflictivas que así lo requieren.
“En este caso, rápidamente nos hicimos presentes en las instalaciones para acompañar a los directivos, personal educativo, docentes y familias que se encontraban allí. Generamos espacios de diálogo con uno de los jóvenes implicados y con su madre. Establecimos contacto con la Comisaría de Atención a la Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia (CANAF), quien también estaba haciendo la labor de asistencia”, refirió Claudia Aberastain, del Subprograma Convivencia Escolar, sobre el hecho ocurrido en una escuela de la capital puntana.
“Asimismo, otro equipo se presentó en el Hospital ‘Ramón Carrillo’ para acompañar y contener a la familia del estudiante lesionado, así como también al preceptor que asistió al joven. Al día siguiente, fuimos nuevamente a la institución educativa, la cual organizó una jornada con los docentes, para acompañarlos y diagramar estrategias de abordaje a seguir”, detalló, Lorena Delgado, jefa del Subprograma Atención del Recurso Humano Educativo.
En los hechos de violencia escolar se trabaja en conjunto con magistrados del Poder Judicial, personal de la CANAF y del Programa de Promoción y Protección de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia, con el fin de implementar distintas medidas de protección.
Desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, la jefa de Programa de Promoción y Protección de Niñez, Adolescencia, Familia y Adultos Mayores, Daniela Pereyra, indicó que frente algún hecho de violencia en el ámbito escolar, desde la escuela se comunica la situación al juzgado en turno y se da intervención a todos los organismos competentes, ya sea Organismo de Protección de Niñez, CANAF, Salud, entre otros, a los fines de articular y trabajar de manera integral con las familias de los adolescentes involucrados y toda la comunidad educativa. Lo mismo ocurre si sucede algún hecho de violencia en otro ámbito, quien toma conocimiento es quien impulsa las actuaciones ya sea en el ámbito administrativo y/o judicial.
La comisaria, Ivana Isabel Bustos, a cargo de la Dirección de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia, contó que recibieron un llamado a través del centro de operaciones con pedido de presencia policial. “Cuando recibimos estos llamados lo primero que hacemos es realizar una entrevista con los directivos, quienes son los cuidadores principales de los alumnos. Posteriormente, se comienza a trabajar con la fiscal adjunta y con el Juzgado Penal juvenil”, explicó.
Bustos mencionó que hace unos trabajaron en conjunto con los ministerios de Educación y Seguridad en jornadas llamadas “Fortaleciendo Convivencias” en distintos puntos de la provincia y se les brindó a los directivos las herramientas para accionar rápidamente en este tipo de situaciones. “Estos conocimientos le permitieron saber cómo debían proceder en este caso”, destacó.
