LA DETENIDA AGUSTINA DÍAZ AMPLIARÁ SU INDAGATORIA POR EL ATENTADO A CRISTINA KIRCHNER

La jueza federal María Eugenia Capuchetti le tomará este miércoles indagatoria a Agustina Díaz, una de las cuatro personas detenidas por el intento de magnicidio contra la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, para ampliar su declaración en el marco de la causa que investiga el ataque.

Fuentes judiciales confirmaron que la nueva comparecencia de Díaz fue fijada por la magistrada y se llevará a cabo por la mañana en los tribunales federales de Comodoro Py, con la asistencia de los abogados Marcelo Herrera y Javier Molina Díaz.

El jueves de la semana pasada, la jueza rechazó excarcelar a Díaz, luego de que se confirmara a través de las pericias, que había conversado con Brenda Uliarte, procesada por el hecho, sobre formas posibles de atacar a la Vicepresidenta.

“Mandé a matar a Cristina; no salió porque se metió para adentro”, dice uno de los mensajes que Uliarte le mandó a Díaz el 27 de agosto, según consta en el expediente.

La defensa de la detenida dejó trascender que el propósito de la ampliación de la indagatoria solicitada en el marco de la causa es desmentir que fue ella la que aparece en imágenes difundidas por la TV Pública en los días anteriores al ataque.

Fuentes del caso, sin embargo, aseguraron que los motivos reales del pedido de la ampliación de la indagatoria serían otros, toda vez que esas imágenes no fueron utilizadas como prueba de cargo en contra de Díaz.

Por otra parte, fuentes judiciales informaron que la Sala I de la Cámara Federal porteña, integrada por los jueces Mariano Llorens, Leopoldo Bruglia y Pablo Bertuzzi, será la encargada de revisar lo actuado en primera instancia.

Así fue decidido por sorteo luego de que llegara al tribunal de apelaciones el planteo de la defensa de Díaz al rechazo de su excarcelación.
