DETUVIERON AL JÓVEN ACUSADO DE ABUSAR Y APUÑALAR A UNA ADOLESCENTE
Tiene 18 años. La detención fue tras un allanamiento y la efectuaron numerarios de la Unidad Regional de Orden Público Uno y de la Comisaría 39°.
El procedimiento policial ocurrió en la madrugada de este martes 25 del corriente. “El joven detenido está sindicado de abusar a una compañera de escuela y propinarle puñaladas en su cuerpo. El hecho ocurrió en la tarde de este lunes, en el barrio 131 Viviendas”, señaló el personal actuante.
Los policías, además, secuestraron prendas de vestir (algunas incineradas), telefonía celular y otros elementos de interés para la causa.
El allanamiento, que fue en barrio Cerro de la Cruz, fue supervisado por la Coordinadora General de Fiscalía de Instrucción Dra. María Virginia Palacios Gonella. Tomó intervención el Fiscal de Instrucción N°3 Dr. Esteban Roche.
