DENUNCIAN QUE UNA CONCESIONARIA DE AUTOS UTILIZÓ SUS DATOS PARA PONERLO COMO GARANTE DE UN DESCONOCIDO
Hugo Andrés Ferrero denunció ante la prensa una supuesta estafa que sufrió cuando compró un Chevrolet Cruze en la agencia oficial de esta marca, allá por 2018.
“Lo pagué antes del término previsto, de cuando lo sacás por plan, y me desentendí. En 2020 me llega una notificación a mi casa de que salgo de garante de una persona que no conozco. Uno piensa que es un error y que no va pasar nada”, relató Ferrero, quien, luego de consultar a una abogada, contestó que él no era garante de esa persona.
Ferrero estima que esta estafa se realizó con los datos que él dejó cuando compró su vehículo. “Te piden todo. Es la única forma para tener toda mi información. Yo saqué mi auto en los primeros días de enero y, al día siguiente, lo sacan en Villa Mercedes”, contó el hombre.
A pesar de su contestación negativa, el trámite siguió adelante y, como la persona que compró el auto en Villa Mercedes no pagó, en 2020 le embargaron el sueldo a Ferrero.
“Se decretó el embargo sobre su sueldo, pero hicimos una presentación a los fines de solicitar la suspensión del juicio ejecutivo. Hasta este momento todavía no hay una decisión al respecto. Y hemos hecho, el 4 de mayo, una denuncia penal también por esta situación, ya que la pericia caligráfica en la parte civil le fue denegada. Creemos que esa prueba es fundamental, ya que vemos, a simple rasgo, que hay diferencias en la firma de él con la que está suscripta en el contrato de prenda que compró el otro señor en Villa Mercedes”, dijo Rodrigo Moreira, abogado de Hugo Ferrero.
Luego de que le negaran la pericia caligráfica en sede civil, iniciaron la denuncia penal este año por estafa procesal y falsificación de documentos, cuya denuncia se encuentra tramitando en Villa Mercedes, en la Fiscalía de instrucción N°3, a cargo de las fiscales Daniela Torres y Stefania Cifuentes Quiroga.
Ferrero y su abogado, Rodrigo Moreira, descubrieron que no es el único caso con la misma modalidad, logrando contactar a Karina Tello. “Ella salió de garante de su hermano en el mismo lugar y al tiempo le llegó lo mismo”, contó Ferrero. “La diferencia con el caso de ella es que el deudor se presentó al juicio ejecutivo, dijo que no la conocía y que no sabe por qué figuraba como garante, y se hizo cargo de la deuda. En el caso de Hugo, el deudor es insolvente y no puede hacer frente a la deuda y, por lo tanto, han ordenado el embargo de su sueldo”, agregó Moreira.
La causa está siendo investigada por el fiscal de Instrucción N° 1, Francisco Ghaleb, de la 2da circunscripción judicial, quien ya ha ordenado una serie de medidas.
