PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA PARA EL HOMBRE QUE LE DISPARÓ A SU EX EN UNA ESCUELA DE JUANA KOSLAY
La Justicia provincial dispuso la prisión preventiva de Juan Dardo Martín, quien le disparó en la pierna a su ex pareja, la docente Cintia Ortegas cuando estaba escuela Germán Ave Lallemant de Juana Koslay. Marín permanecerá en prisión preventiva hasta que finalice el juicio oral que se le debe iniciar.
El acusado está imputado de los delitos de homicidio doblemente calificado agravado por el uso de arma de fuego en grado de tentativa, y también por homicidio simple agravado en grado de tentativa, en relación al director de la institución, Víctor Durán, quien cerró la puerta de la oficina y protegió a la mujer.
A los cargos mencionados se le suman desobediencia a una orden judicial, ya que Marín tenía una orden perimetral que le prohibía acercarse a su ex pareja, y resistencia a la autoridad policial, ya que cuando llegó la Policía al lugar del hecho hubo que convencerlo de que entregará el arma.
Martín realizó 5 disparos en total. En un video se ve que el hombre llegó a la escuela y que la mujer, al ver que Marín comenzó a sacar algo de su mochila, salió corriendo y se refugió en la Dirección de la escuela. Allí comenzó un forcejeo de ambos lados de la puerta y, al ver que no lograba abrirla, Marín realizó dos disparos, uno de los cuales impactó en la pierna de su ex. Luego, Marín introdujo el brazo por el espacio que estaba abierto y realizó 3 disparos más, los cuales, afortunadamente, no impactaron contra nadie.
Finalmente, Marín pudo ingresar a la oficina del director, donde forcejeó y peleó contra Durán, quien logró evitar que el hombre matara a Ortegas.
