HIRIERON EN EL ROSTRO A UN ADOLESCENTE PARA ROBARLE UN CELULAR
Un detenido y armas “tumberas” secuestradas tras allanamientos por la causa que investiga un episodio en el que un adolescente fue herido de arma de fuego para robarle un celular.
Los allanamientos realizados este domingo fueron en virtud a actuaciones labradas en Comisaría Seccional 23°, caratuladas preventivamente “averiguación robo calificado en grado de tentativa- lesiones con arma de fuego- amenazas”, con intervención de la Fiscalía de Instrucción N° 1 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial, a cargo del doctor Emanuel Sastre , a raíz a un hecho, denunciado en la citada seccional, acaecido este viernes 4 del corriente y que tuvo lugar en inmediaciones de la manzana “B”, del barrio Estrella del Sur.
Según lo denunciado por la progenitora de un adolescente de 16 años de edad, dos sujetos previo amenazar e intimidar con un arma de fuego a su hijo le intentaron sustraer un teléfono celular, el mismo se habría resistido al robo y uno de los individuos le efectuó un disparo con un arma y lo lesionó en el rostro. En la oportunidad también habría resultado herido el padre del menor, al seguir a los sujetos, quienes le habrían disparado también.
Según los intervinientes padre e hijo se recuperan de las lesiones sufridas no revistiendo gravedad. En primera instancia intervino la Fiscal Adjunta doctora María José Scibetti, detallaron los actuantes.
Este sábado 5 de noviembre del corriente, se llevaron a cabo dos allanamientos ordenados por el Juez de Garantía N° 4 doctor Marcelo Bustamante Marone.
Dichos allanamientos derivaron de las tareas investigativas efectuadas por policías de la Comisaría 23°.
Las medidas judiciales se materializaron en dos domicilios de la manzana “A”, del barrio Estrella del Sur.
Las mismas fueron efectuadas por numerarios de la citada seccional, quienes indicaron que como resultado se secuestraron armas de fuego de fabricación casera “tumberas”, cartuchos, prendas de vestir, (coincidentes a las usadas por los sindicados del hecho).
En los allanamientos también se aprehendió a un joven mayor de edad quien sería uno de los supuestos autores del ilícito, quien quedó alojado en sede policial a disposición de la fiscalía interviniente, detallaron los intervinientes.
En las medidas judiciales, se contó con la colaboración de numerarios del grupo especial C.O.A.R., dependiente de la Dirección General de Unidades Especiales.
