Desde la Jefatura Central de Policía emitieron un parte para dar a conocer que pasaron a disponibilidad al cuestionado uniformado.
Este lunes por la tarde, la Policía de San Luis comunicó el pase a disponibilidad de un subcomisario tras realizar un allanamiento en su domicilio, en la capital.

«El jefe de Policía de la provincia de San Luis, Comisario General José Darío Neira, a través de la Dirección General de Asuntos Internos, ha dispuesto iniciar actuaciones administrativas a un efectivo que reviste la jerarquía de Subcomisario.
La decisión fue adoptada a los efectos de investigar la conducta del efectivo policial, a raíz del allanamiento de su domicilio particular, medida dictada por la Justicia en el marco de una investigación que lleva adelante el Juzgado de Garantías N° 1 de la Primera Circunscripción Judicial.»
