EL GOBIERNO PUSO EN MARCHA EL PLAN AHORA 10 PARA LA COMPRA DE CELULARES
El acuerdo firmado por el ministro Sergio Massa con las empresas del sector impulsa la venta de 70 modelos de teléfonos hasta el 15 de marzo con una tasa preferencial del 48%.
El ministro de Economía, Sergio Massa, anunció este lunes la puesta en marcha del Plan Ahora 10 destinado a la adquisición de celulares en diez cuotas fijas a tasa subsidiada del 48%, en el marco de un acuerdo con el sector que establece precios máximos por 90 días.
«Es muy importante alcanzar el objetivo de lograr vender un millón de celulares por mes», dijo Massa en una reunión en la cartera de Economía, en la que firmó el acuerdo Ahora 10 con el secretario de Comercio, Matías Tombolini.
El ministro sostuvo que «es muy importante establecer un criterio de precios máximos hasta el quince de marzo» de modo de «darle certidumbre a la gente cuando va a realizar una compra» y remarcó que «lograr orden fiscal, superávit en la balanza comercial y acumulación de reservas tiene que venir acompañado de una economía que no frene consumo».
El titular del Palacio de Hacienda detalló que el programa incluye «70 modelos de teléfonos de distinto tipo y de casi todas las marcas, que dan la posibilidad de elegir productos que van de 40 a 200 mil pesos y pagarlos de manera más cómoda».
Por otra parte, consideró que establecer precios hasta el 15 de marzo «ayuda a seguir construyendo un sendero de reducción de la inflación».
«La disminución de la expectativa inflacionaria se construye sobre la base de poder ir dando no solamente medidas desde el punto de vista macroeconómico que sumen a ese objetivo, sino también desde el punto de vista de la generación de expectativas, decisiones de todos los actores que nos ayuden a llevar adelante este objetivo», afirmó.
El acuerdo voluntario que se alcanzó con las principales empresas fabricantes de celulares, bancos públicos y privados y cadenas de electrodomésticos, incluye 72 modelos y formatos de equipos que se pueden adquirir en 10 cuotas fijas con una tasa nominal anual del 48% en más de 2 mil bocas de comercialización del país.
Asimismo, con el plan Ahora 12 se podrán comprar los equipos en 3, 6 o 12 cuotas fijas mensuales tanto en tiendas físicas como en sitios online.
Tombolini destacó que se trata de «un acuerdo importante que tiene un objetivo que sigue en línea con la hoja de ruta que planteó el ministro para consolidar el orden fiscal y la acumulación de reservas» al tiempo que remarcó que «con esos dos elementos podemos avanzar en el descenso de la inflación».
«El acuerdo de precios es fundamental. No podemos dejar de atender lo que es el consumo y estamos comprometidos en volver a los niveles de venta y producción de celulares que Argentina supo tener», consideró.
En tanto, la directora ejecutiva de Afarte, Ana Vainman, aseguró: «Celebramos esta iniciativa que fomenta el consumo de productos de fabricación nacional. La vuelta de celulares al Ahora 12 en todas sus versiones y este nuevo programa Ahora 10 con tasa diferencial sin dudas va a dinamizar la demanda».
El mantenimiento de precios «va a permitir que los consumidores puedan acceder a la última tecnología en un bien tan imprescindible como el teléfono celular», agregó.
De esta manera, la Secretaría de Comercio destacó que se continuará trabajando en «medidas y programas que tienen como objetivo ordenar los precios para llevar previsibilidad y alivio a los argentinos y recuperar el poder de compra de los salarios a partir de acuerdos voluntarios de senderos de precios con los distintos actores de la cadena de valor».
De acuerdo con datos de Afarte, el promedio mensual de consumo de celulares de enero a octubre de 2022 fue de 710 mil unidades, mientras que la producción proyectada para este año es de 10 millones de unidades.
Participaron del encuentro en el Ministerio de Economía, el subsecretario de Política y Gestión Comercial, Germán Cervantes; la subsecretaria de Políticas para el Mercado Interno, Anastasia Daicich; el presidente de la Cámara de Tarjetas de Crédito, César Bastién; el vicepresidente de la Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME); el director Ejecutivo de la Asociación de Bancos Públicos y Privados de la República Argentina (ABAPPRA); el presidente de la Asociación de Bancos de la Argentina (ABA), Claudio Cesario; y la representante de la Asociación de Bancos Argentinos (Adeba), Soledad Barrera.
Además, estuvieron presentes, en representación de las empresas, Fernando Maquieira (Mirgor), Luis Galli (Newsan), Manuel Sánchez Gómez y Alejandro Tazman (Frávega), Bruno Drobeta y Santiago Pezzatti (Samsgung), Martín Valle (Musimundo), Claudio Malaver (Rodó), Pierino Mastronardi (Cetrogar), Santiago Ambrosio (Megatone) y Gustavo Palma (Naldo Lombardi).
