SE PRESENTÓ EL TORNEO PROVINCIAL DE FÚTBOL COPA GOBIERNO DE SAN LUIS
Este jueves, en el Estadio Único del Parque La Pedrera, presentaron el torneo provincial de fútbol Copa Gobierno de San Luis. El torneo reunirá a cuatro equipos de cada una de las cinco ligas que tiene la provincia (San Luis, Villa Mercedes, Valle del Conlara, del Norte Puntano y del Sur). La competencia empezará el 12 de febrero con los 16avos de final.
Los cruces se jugarán a partido único (el local será el equipo que mejor terminó en la clasificación de su Liga) y la final se disputará el 12 de marzo.
La secretaria de Deportes, Cintia Ramírez, y el presidente de la Federación Sanluiseña de Fútbol, Mario Echevarría, encabezaron la conferencia de prensa en la que brindaron detalles del certamen.
También participaron el director de La Pedrera, Sergio Dacuña; la secretaria de Deportes de Villa Mercedes, Claudia Miranda; los presidentes de las ligas Sanluiseña de Fútbol, Daniel “Pela” Miranda; de Villa Mercedes, Héctor Lombardi; del Valle del Conlara, Marcelo Demarchi, y del Norte Puntano, Humberto Arce.
“Celebramos la realización de este torneo porque le ponen alma a los hermosos estadios que tenemos en la provincia. Queremos que los equipos de la provincia puedan disfrutar del ‘Juan Gilberto Funes’ y La Pedrera porque el Gobierno provincial hace un esfuerzo muy grande para mantenerlos”, dijo la secretaria de Deportes, Cintia Ramírez, quien además anunció que la Provincia absorberá los gastos de transporte. También recordó que el 8 de marzo empezará la Copa “Gobierno de San Luis” de fútbol femenino, con la presencia de 64 equipos de cada rincón de la geografía puntana.
El presidente de la Federación Sanluiseña de Fútbol, Mario Echevarría, agradeció a la Provincia por el importante apoyo que se le brinda al fútbol y realizó un llamado a los dirigentes: “Tenemos la posibilidad de hacer un proyecto serio en el fútbol. Somos el deporte que más gente tiene. Estamos en condiciones de dar el gran salto y depende de nosotros, porque tenemos un gran apoyo de las autoridades: del gobernador, de Cintia (Ramírez) y el intendente Maximiliano Frontera”.
A su vez, el dirigente dejó abierta la puerta para que San Luis obtenga una “segunda plaza o media plaza para el Regional Amateur 2023”.
