INFLACIÓN: EN LA PRIMERA QUINCENA DE ABRIL EL INCREMENTO DE PRECIOS EN ALIMENTOS ACUMULA 6%
Luego de conocerse que la inflación de marzo fue del 7,7%, la más alta de los últimos 20 años, lo cierto es que durante la primera quincena de abril los precios de alimentos y bebidas no dejaron de escalar.
La segunda semana de abril registró una suba de 2,93%, 0,45 puntos porcentuales más respecto de la semana anterior, que se había ubicado en 2,5%. De esta manera, el rubro de alimentos y bebidas presentó una inflación del 5,6% en las últimas cuatro semanas.
El dato de inflación de marzo fue informado por el Indec este viernes y estuvo por encima de las proyecciones de los privados, que anticipaban 7%. El rubro con mayor aumento fue Educación, que tuvo una escalada de 29,1% por la suba de precios en todos los niveles educativos al inicio del ciclo lectivo.
Inflación en alimentos, los productos que más aumentaron en abril de 2023
La escalada de precios parece no detenerse y en lo que va de abril ya se registró una fuerte suba en el rubro de los alimentos. Los productos que más aumentaron fueron los siguientes:
Carnes: 5,5%;
Frutas: 3,3%;
Productos de panificación, cereales y pastas: 2,1%;
Bebidas e infusiones para consumir en el hogar: 2,1%
Productos lácteos y huevo: 1,9%;
Verduras: 1,8%;
Condimentos y otros productos alimenticios: 1,4%;
Aceites; 0,8%;
Comidas listas para llevar: 0,5%;
Las carnes y las frutas lideraron la suba semanal, con incrementos del 5,5% y 3,3%, respectivamente, por encima del promedio: 2,9%.
Sin embargo, la mayor incidencia en el incremento semanal la tuvo la carne, que aportó el 60%, con una suba de 1,7 puntos porcentuales.
Por su parte, la consultora LCG indicó que la inflación promedio mensual se ubicó en torno al 5,6%, acelerándose 0,8 puntos porcentuales respecto de la semana anterior. Así de punta a punta, acumula un alza de 7,8%.
En abril, el acumulado de inflación en alimentos es del 5,5%, indicó LCG.
Otro dato que surgió de la primera quincena de abril fue que 3 de las 10 categorías analizadas se encuentran por encima del promedio de la variación mensual: las carnes, los productos panificados, y los huevos y lácteos,
