Pan y circo para una República en llamas

Los que ya pisamos los 40 recordamos con una sonrisa al inefable Olmedo, quien tuvo la genialidad de crear uno de los personajes que se si bien fue pensado como una caricatura burlesca, se ha transformado en una realidad en la Argentina. Nos referimos al querido personaje del “Gobernador de Costa Pobre”, en donde Olmedo representaba a un tirano de una isla latinoamericana, siempre preocupado por quedarse con los dólares de su país, salir con mujeres, y repartir bananas para el pueblo, que era lo único que producían. Lamentablemente, la realidad supera nuevamente a la ficción

En la antigua república romana, en caso de conflicto, como una invasión externa o una rebelión, el cónsul, que era quien ejercía una magistratura electa anualmente, se convertía en dictador. Un rango que sólo le otorgaba el Senado, y duraba el tiempo suficiente para acabar con el conflicto y restablecer el normal funcionamiento de las instituciones romanas. Demás esta decir que era una función estrictamente militar, para unificar el mando de la república bajo una dirección única.

Pero, cuando se sobrepasaba la línea, cosa que era muy frecuente, y el dictador trataba de extender su mandato, se lo consideraba un tirano. Alguien que ejercía el poder de manera abusiva, y trataba a los ciudadanos romanos como súbditos, algo a lo que no estaban dispuestos a aceptar tan mansamente. Con el tiempo, de entre estos tiranos, uno de ellos se convirtió en César, y en pocos siglos Roma termino sucumbiendo por la corrupción y la degradación moral de sus gobernantes.

Cuando la democracia es atacada de forma tan directa y sobrepasando el límite de lo tolerable políticamente, la indignación y la indiferencia no tienen cabida, pues son inefectivas con los tiranos, por eso hay que hacer lo que esté a nuestro alcance para preservar las instituciones, incluso más allá de nuestras propias ideologías o creencias. En nuestra versión criolla de “Costa Pobre”, Gildo Insfrán, gobernador de Formosa, e íntimo amigo del presidente Fernández (tal como él lo describió) pareciera haberse arrogado la suma de todo el poder público y decidir sobre las libertades individuales y políticas de una buena parte de los ciudadanos de su provincia.

Desde los aberrantes centros de detención para personas con COVID hasta el encarcelamiento de una política opositora, este tirano de tintes post modernos no se ha ahorrado nada. La barbarie circula por Formosa, y la nación toda ve como la injusticia es protegida desde la misma sede central del poder político argentino anclado en la Rosada. Acá no se trata de si Insfrán gobernó tantos o cuantos años, porque en definitiva lo eligió la gente, sino de la violación flagrante de las libertades individuales que como argentinos tenemos todos, independientemente en la provincia que nos haya tocado nacer. Es parte de los acuerdos fundamentales que nos unen como nación, y que están expresados en la Carta Magna.

Pero el poder político kirchnerista decidió mirar para otro lado, y lo que hubiera sido una intervención federal en cualquier otro caso, aquí, como es un amigo del presidente, se convirtió en cobertura y protección. Nada importa si la presa política es mujer, ningún colectivo de Actrices, ni de actores, ni de feministas salió a defenderla, porque en la moral kirchnerista sólo son defendibles quienes son amigos, como en el caso de Milagro Sala o Cristina, que son “perseguidas” por ser mujeres. De las otras mujeres, las no kirchneristas, nada se dice. Ni que hablar de los organismos de derechos humanos, los grandes ausentes en esta discusión, que hace años abandonaron la lucha para ser socios de un grupo político en la gestión y administración de una buena cantidad de recursos públicos. Por ahora, solo el silencio.

Ya se sabe que la actual coalición de gobierno es afecta al pan y circo, la fiesta de planes del conurbano y el pago con cargos a los jefes del piqueterismo bonaerense mantienen las aguas tranquilas, mientras tanto, un Nerón del Noreste se lleva puesta una república, la incendia, mientras otro tirano, que se dice presidente, pasea en helicóptero a su perro cual Calígula. Sólo faltaría que sea su mascota la que le dicte las medidas económicas, aunque por los resultados logrados hasta el momento, no sería nada raro. Mientras tanto, la guardia pretoriana kirchnerista sigue fustigando y persiguiendo a los periodistas, porque es la única forma en que una República puede ser secuestrada y vilipendiada como lo esta nuestra patria desde que el poder ejecutivo paso a manos de políticos que se dicen peronistas, pero en la práctica son el mejor ejemplo del Stalinismo soviético.
