El modelo de país en debate: dos caminos, una elección

Todas las naciones, a lo largo de la historia eligen un camino. Así fue como comenzó la era industrial con Inglaterra a la cabeza, el milagro chino con su posicionamiento en el mundo moderno, la transición del japón feudal al Japón moderno, y los ejemplos podrían seguir multiplicándose. Pero en el país seguimos preguntándonos acerca de hacia dónde ir, porque no existe un proyecto claro, ni líderes políticos con la capacidad de realizarlo.

Por eso la discusión ha involucionado, y ya ni siquiera es si vamos por un modelo industrialista o un modelo agro exportador. Aunque incluso está dicotomía de crecimiento ya ha quedado caduca en la postmodernidad, dónde la industria y el agro no van a ser lo mismo después de la cuarta revolución industrial que está en marcha.

Es tal el grado de involución, que estamos discutiendo si necesitamos más Grabois o más Galperín, y eso es definitorio, al menos para nuestro futuro más cercano, porque imponen dos formas de ver un país. Si elegimos el camino de los Grabois tenemos por delante un futuro cargado de pobreza, de gestión de recursos estatales y universales para gran parte de la población, pero de riqueza y crecimiento ni hablemos. Por otro lado, si se elige el camino de los Galperín va a ser necesario adaptar nuestras estructuras económicas y políticas para entrar de lleno en el nuevo mundo que se viene, porque si hay algo que caracteriza a los desarrollos de este empresario argentino, es que son parte de lo que se denomina cuarta revolución industrial.

Y esto viene a colación de los reiterados ataques que por parte de Grabois, un niño bien devenido en piquetero marxista, que recibe la empresa Mercado Libre. No se trata de hacer la defensa de una corporación, sino poner el foco sobre como algunos representantes políticos y sociales parecieran despreciar el éxito de muchos de nuestros empresarios, que han demostrado una capacidad sorprendente para acoplarse a las exigencias de un mundo en constante cambio.

Ayer anduvo circulando información, la cual generó revuelo, en la que el líder piquetero se quejaba de que el gigante de las ventas online tuviera un capital tres veces más grande que todas nuestras empresas juntas, y que eso la posicionara como la empresa argentina más grande en cotizar en la bolsa estadounidense. Con odio, comentaba este gerente de la pobreza, que si esto era así se debía a intereses oscuros de un sistema siniestro. Lo de conocer como funciona el mercado actual te la debo.

Y este tipo de declaraciones son las que nos hace pensar sobre qué están viendo nuestros líderes. Si piensan como Grabois, que los avances en el capitalismo, la valoración de las empresas o las formas de producción son cuestiones siniestras, y por lo tanto hay que apostar a los planes del estado para generar ¿empleo?, ¿planes? ¿renta universal? O si por otro lado, estos avances y noticias pueden ser el punta pie para que la dirigencia política entienda cual es el camino en el mundo al que también podemos aspirar, además de la “maldición” de exportar alimentos.

Esta pregunta no está desgajada de la realidad, ya que se ha intentado por todos los medios ponerle palos en la rueda al gigante argentino. Desde bloquearle centros de distribución hasta el fallido “Correo compras” con el que se intentó competir desde el estado, pero que obtuvo un profundo fracaso dado que lo máximo a lo que uno podía aspirar era comprar una polenta en 12 cuotas. La misma concepción que la Unión Soviética, que cayó, simplificando un poco la cuestión, por la falta del estímulo comercial y de consumo. Así, el pobrerismo intelectual de los dirigentes políticos y sociales, no está llevando a un pobrerismo comercial, en donde las oportunidades de negocios son cada vez más pequeñas.

El estado quiso competir contra Galperín, y perdió, no solo porque uso recetas viejas para luchar contra un contrincante que sabe moverse en la innovación, sino además, porque ni la tropa propia quiso comprar lo que allí ofrecían. Una falta de tino total, y de conocimiento como se maneja un negocio. Fue más bien, un reparto de caja para que tres o cuatro empresas amigas se pudieran beneficiar de la logística del correo.

Estamos ante una disyuntiva, el país puede seguir avanzando hacia el pobrerismo y seguir creyendo que las recetas de los gerentes de la pobreza como Grabois son las adecuadas, aunque cabe destacar que eso de peronismo no tiene nada, o bien puede encaminarse a alentar, promocionar, acompañar, emprendimientos tecnológicos, de alto impacto en la creación de capital, inversión, capital humanos y divisas. El camino que elijamos nos va a posicionar de una u otra manera en el mundo, pero a diferencia del capitalismo industrial, una vez perdido el tren va a ser difícil poder subirse andando, porque los cambios en esta etapa son vertiginosos, y se requiere una mente flexible, adaptativa, curiosa y sagaz. Veremos cuál es el resultado.
