Editorial: El relato de la épica como forma de construcción política
Autoritarismo, inflación y pelea de vedettes, las tres claves que perfilan al kirchnerismo veraniego
Enero no ha sido un buen mes para el gobierno de Alberto Fernández. En contra incluso de lo que, tanto él mismo, como la propia coalición de gobierno esperaban, la situación cotidiana se ha visto coronada con muchas críticas internas y fuertes cruces con la oposición. Es que la aprobación en diciembre, a las apuradas y bajo mucha presión legislativa, de la llamada ley del aborto hizo creer al oficialismo que iba a tener respiro en lo interno, ya que era algo que le reclamaba un sector de la militancia. Pero la tranquilidad duró poco y en pleno verano los temas calientes subieron aún más la temperatura.
Por un lado, está la inflación que, aunque se quiera tapar el solo con la mano es imposible, a estas alturas, de disimular. La inflación pega duro en los que alimentos, y por consecuencia en el bolsillo de los que menos tienen, lo que ha desatado una ola de críticas de las organizaciones sociales que siguen a la ex presidente, y de la militancia en general. Ya no alcanza con promesas, y le están exigiendo al presidente una mayor presión para que los precios no sigan subiendo, dado que alimentos como el popular asado se están volviendo artículos de lujo para la mayoría de las familias argentinas.
La respuesta gubernamental ha sido el control estricto de precios y los acuerdos con las cámaras empresariales, pero esa receta ya ha demostrado ser insuficiente e ineficaz, no obstante, como forma parte del sentido común político de la coalición gobernante es más fácil apelar a ella que conocer realmente los problemas que están aquejando a los distintos sectores productivos y corregir las distorsiones que puedan darse. Por ejemplo, en el sector cárnico el mayor problema no es la exportación, aunque para la épica resulta un lugar cómodo. La realidad, como siempre que una la confronta con el kirchnerismo, es otra. Porque cuando uno comienza a hablar con productores o industriales de la carne lo primero que sale como premisa fundamental es que aquello que se exporta no es lo que se consume en el país, sino que son otros cortes, que aquí no son los que prefieren los consumidores.
El problema se encuentra en la falta de animales para faenar, como consecuencia de que hoy el engorde no se esta dando en los fitlock sino en los campos, por el alto costo del alimento producto de una gran exportación de los granos. Esta situación hace que se tarde más en contar con animales preparados para la faena, y repercute en los productos disponibles y por tanto en el aumento del precio de la carne. Pero para la foto y el palco queda más político decir que los oligarcas no venden la carne, entonces todos aplaudimos, cantamos unas loas a Néstor y Cristina y nos volvemos a casa. Pero el problema sigue allí.
Lo mismo podría decirse, cambiando un poco el escenario y los actores, de la situación en Formosa. El régimen de Insfrán ha puesto en evidencia los tintes autoritarios de un gobierno que no se banca las críticas, y cada vez son más transparentes las verdaderas intenciones de una coalición política que ha utilizado los Derechos Humanos como bandera discursiva, pero cuando se trata de mirar la realidad doméstica se hacen los distraídos. Lo de Insfrán no solo es vergonzoso, sino que es un delito de lesa humanidad, pero cual es la respuesta del oficialismo, mandar al senador Mayans a avisarnos que en tiempos de pandemia no hay derechos. Por más que buscamos, la Constitución Nacional no está de acuerdo con el senador kirchnerista.
Por último, han querido montar un escenario de épica al querer liberar a los presos y procesados por corrupción, proponiendo desde indultos hasta amnistías, pero todo pareciera terminar en un escándalo de cruces entre funcionarios y ex funcionarios que más parece una pelea de Cartel en el Maipo que una discusión en serio sobre el rol de la justicia en nuestra sociedad. Todo, incluso esto se ha reducido a una cuestión de relato y épica, la teoría del lawfare ha sido el marco explicativo para meter allí a los que se encuentran con alguna causa. Y Alberto, que parecía un dirigente capaz de aguantar esta presión, naufraga entre la indecisión y el mirar para otro lado, lo que despierta el enojo del Instituto Patria.
El presidente, hasta el momento, no ha podido ejercer un liderazgo a la altura de las expectativas de los argentinos, que hasta el presente han sido siempre presidencialistas. Por el contrario, la percepción de muchos es que quien gobierna no se halla en la Casa Rosada, y que con suerte es un mero representante de la fuerza política mayoritaria del Frente de Todos, que no es el peronismo, pero que está arrastrando a este por caminos que nunca en su historia ha transitado.
El 2021 es un año duro para el oficialismo, no sólo por estos temas, que de seguro van a seguir en agenda, junto a otros que se están preparando, y que, en lugar de sumar voluntades, van a seguir profundizando la brecha de separación entre el relato del gobierno y la realidad. Las elecciones de octubre están a la vuelta de la esquina, y si no hay una corrección del rumbo, al menos en los temas importantes, el kirchnerismo arrastrará al peronismo hacia una nueva derrota electoral. Veremos si luego se lo perdonan o le pasan factura, porque de eso dependerá la gobernabilidad del país después de las elecciones.
