PASO: Alberto Fernández condiciona una modificación en el calendario electoral si hay acuerdo con la oposición
El presidente no avalará ningún movimiento si no se puede aplicar en todas las provincias
Este tema viene trayendo dolores de cabeza al gobierno, no sólo por la relación con la oposición, sino también dentro de la propia coalición gobernante. Por este motivo, Fernández fue categórico con sus ministros y colaboradores: solo se aprobarán modificaciones si hay acuerdos con la oposición y con los gobernadores.
Mientras que el sector duro del kirchnerismo, nucleado en el Instituto Patria quieren mantener las PASO, los gobernadores proponen otros esquemas para 2021. Desde la virtual suspensión hasta la postergación son las distintas propuestas que llevaron a Alberto Fernández.
Entre los argumentos para la suspensión está el de la movilización de la gran mayoría de los ciudadanos a las urnas, lo que podría disparar los contagios, por eso se quiere tener un calendario basado en lo epidemiológico, y si no se puede suspender por ley, al menos correrla para que no se inicie el proceso electoral en pleno invierno.
Los gobernadores plantean directamente la suspensión, y que los recursos se vuelquen a la lucha contra el coronavirus. Pero lo cierto es que para que se logre una suspensión se necesita acuerdo en el Congreso, algo que al día de hoy es imposible.
Entre quienes están más lejos de la postura de la Rosada se encuentra el Jefe de Gobierno porteño, quién ya viene adelantando desde hace meses estar en contra de cualquier modificación del calendario o de la suspensión de las PASO. Larreta representa hoy un escollo para el gobierno nacional, que supo tenerlo de aliado, pero que hoy busca erosionarlo políticamente. En ese marco va a ser difícil contar con el aval de la ciudad.
El tema aún no esta resuelto, y las conversaciones hoy se dan contrarreloj para llegar a un consenso que permita dirimir cuanto antes como será el panorama electoral para este 2021. Por ahora, las partes siguen conversando.
